- Natali and Maritsia were wonderful and special. The room was fine. The ins-and-outs of the hallways and floors were unusual for us but we adjusted. The location was good for us since we had to walk everywhere and all the shop owners and people in general on the piazza were very friendly and helpful. My Italian is minimal but Natali's French allowed us to get across whatever we needed. The location allowed us to reach the center of town easily. Maritsia's sister at the Literario as well as the young man from Cote d'Ivoire were also very helpful in getting to the highlight of my trip: going to where my grandfather came from.

- I have to take responsibility for not being able to access my phone or e-mail since instructions we needed were there and seen only after we had left. The code we got didn't work, etc. etc. It was only Sandro and his wife calling you that got us settled in. What would have helped is if on the website we could have found a description of the set-up where you don't walk in through double doors to a reception desk with someone there 24 hours. If you hear from Sandro again, please repeat our thanks to him. Wonderful people.

Natali and Maritsia were wonderful and special. The room was fine. The ins-and-outs of the hallways and floors were unusual for us but we adjusted. Amazing location next door to historic pub, antique library and shops. Very clean, good breakfast with local artisan ham and cheese (best ricotta in Italy made in this town) . Room on the small side but immaculately clean and modern
