very clean, day time staff spoke english, price was reasonable. location, had breakfast and good. had real milk.

night time staff friendly but did not speek english as advertised in ad. resteruant closes on Tuesday. menu only in Italian.

Gorgeous view from hotel! Nice restaurant on lower level.

Air conditioning did not work well.

Restaurant was closed.No ice or bottle water any where.Room was very plain no extras.Had a beautiful view from our room that made it all worth it.

Well located to visit the very interesting city of Agnone and the Marinelli bell factory. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Free parking in dirt lot across the street. Good WiFi. Great view from room balcony.

I personally find hard bed and pillows uncomfortable

Room was quite spacious, with nice views to the village of Agnone. Take at least one day to have lunch or dinner at the hotel's restaurant - great food! Totally recommended.

Decor is pretty outdated. Carpet could be really nasty for people with allergies. Air con is central and it was off during our stay. We asked the front desk if they could turn it on, but we were told to just open the window (which turned out not to be a good idea since we had a pretty heavy storm during the night). Wifi was quite unstable as well. Overall not a 4 star accommodation.

The rooms were large by European standards and we had lots of room to move around and store our luggage. The bathroom was roomy as well.

Our main complaint would be the air conditioning. Every time you remove the key from the slot by the door to leave the room it turns off so the room gets stuffy. It never really seems to cool off when you return the key to start it up.
