Clean, nice family suite. Amazing view of the Korana River. I highly recommend it.

We arrived very late and left early so we didn’t get to explore. The property is located on a river which was beautiful and peaceful from what we could tell.

The bed and pillows were the least comfortable out of the five different stays on this trip to Europe. Our room was in need of some TLC.

Location is beautiful. River, park, nature... People are kind... Bed is very comfortable.

Restaurant is not heated.

toiletries in bathroom are limited to soap and shower gel and shampoo. I missed toothpaste, razor and q-tips as usual part of toiletry set.

The hotel is located in very nice area.Comfortable rooms.We travelled with small dog, they are friendly not only to people, even dogs.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, on the Korana river. The park and overall nature around the park is truly wonderful. The Aquarium is close-by. The Foginovo beach is 5 min from the hotel. The hotel itself is traditional. It used to be a small castle that was turned into a hotel. It was restored in 2003, which means that it is showing some signs of wear. We were given the Lily room. The room was big and spacious. The bed was comfortable, although the bed and chairs in the room are showing some signs of wear (torn chair covers for instance). The bathroom was big, clean and even had a bidet. The hotel staff were polite and accommodating, albeit the lady at the Reception seemed confused and unsure how to handle a situation at times. The hotel terrace is beautiful. Lastly, keep in mind that the hotel is an approximately 15 min walk from the center (during the summer it gets really hot).

We were charged 8 EUR for parking at the hotel, even though we arrived by train and were not even using a car, let alone parking at the hotel. We did clear up this mix up at the Reception and we got our money back, but I would suggest the staff check if guests are using the hotel parking lot before adding this charge to the invoice. The toilet in our room could only be flushed with the big button (the small one doesn't work). The pool in the hotel wasn't opened when we stayed and there was no info about that on Booking.comLastly, the breakfast (included in the room stay) was relatively poor for a 4* hotel. The eggs were cold (we ate breakfast at 8:15 a.m., so not late at all), there wasn't much choice of foods or beverages.

Dog friendly hotel, riverside location and next to a park. Friendly staff. Free parking.Although I got in as they were about to close the kitchen, they not only made dinner for me, but even made something for me that was not quite on the menu.

Insufficiently trained reception staff. We were offered a room that did not correspond to the one selected by us on booking, being smaller in size and without a balcony. At our insistence, we received another room, but it was as if we had been done a favor.Under the balcony (hardly obtained) was a garbage container that gave off a very bad smell. We had to stay with the windows closed!Outdated furniture and dirty upholstery of armchairs.

Staff is very nice and the location is lovely. Big nice entrance doors, big elevator, big, huge room.Room soundproof is extremely good. Regular breakfast.

On the second floor, I barely had water pressure in the shower. Air-conditioned wasn't working, they didn't turn it on, it was just ventilation and very loud. At the "Spa," the sauna also wasn't turned on, and the water in the pool was very cold. Extremely small place at the pool, if 6 people at once go, there isn't a place where to hang your towel.

We liked the hotel architecture and how it's placed in the park. We were with kids and they found playground near by very attractive. Actually whole area is very nice. Accomodation was nice, but nothing superb. Probably furniture will need renovation or replacement in near future.

Breakfast was so so but acceptable. Breakfast coffee was terrible. Hotel should buy proper coffee machine with grinder and use coffee beans. The machine used for breakfast just uses instant coffee.WiFi is ok, but needs time limiter vouchers, during checkin stuff give you those vouchers, but please is 2024 I expect to just use the WiFi, maybe just click accept terms and conditions. We had bath tub with jacuzzi functions, but those apparently not worked.

what a beautiful location to stay. beautiful covered terrace to sit outside with an aperitif. beautiful view of the river that flows next to the accommodation. such a pity that the weather was not nice.also had a nice meal to end the day.

Hotel was in a very nice location with a lovely park and river nearby. Hotel had a very nice terrace overlooking the river and part of the park. Furniture had an old style but everything was in good state. Staff and service were fast and impeccable.

Restaurant food quality and variety were ok, potentially a bit overpriced. Breakfast could also be improved both in quality and variety. Room size was small and hotel did not have a baby bed.

The hotel is directly situated next to the river in a nice park-like area, perfect for morning dog walks before the breakfast. The room we had was quite big, a bit "old fashioned", but very clean and with all that we needed. Also the breakfast offered everything you would wish for. The staff was super friendly and always there. Pets are welcome.
