Family room was very clean, comfortable with amazing sea view. Each day staff send us some candy , cookies, amazing pool water slides. Restaurants one more paragraph we visit all of them and food /cocktails tasty . Kids area very pretty. Spa zone perfect and clean AND amazing sea aquarium … I can continue a lot of positive thing like cinema for children’s and a lot of more . Iam very recommended .

Almost everything

The location is far from everything(in off season it was noticeable). Probably, would rent a car next time - otherwise, you are limited to what the hotel has to ofer. Also, didn’t liked that much the mattress and the sheets.Everything else was perfect

Lovely rooms, comfortable and modern, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail.The staff was fantastic, particularly Maia Kukava, who made our stay unforgettable with her exceptional hospitality and kindness. The resort is fortunate to have such dedicated staff.

Coffee machines are too slow and cause long queues sometimes.

The service is exellent, espcially - georgi, the facillities are wonderfull, the restaurants are exellent,There is no doubt we will come again

Room had a great view and was spacious. Breakfast was great, a lot of options for any taste. We checked new asian restaurant - the best!

Nice suites

The service is lacking across the board:1. We were told that dinner is served at the restaurants until 00:00, and when we got there at 23:17 we were told it was closed at 23:15.2. They don’t serve soy sauce at the japanese restaurant which is strange3. There was an additional miscommunication regarding late checkout4. The floor at the pool level was sooo slipery we could barely walk there, and if you want flipflops you need to pay5. Food was ok but the bouffet was seriously packed and it was not very pleasant6. We had the suite and it didn’t even had complementary water bottle. Then we called reception and they said you get that only if you have Marriot status (which i do have but the tier wasn’t high enough to get water according to them). Then when we checked out they told us we actually should have had water bottles in the room…This is just part of the moscommunication we’ve experienced in our 24 hour stay.It seem like a high end hotel, but unfortunately it is not.

Interior is good. Aquarium and winter garden is amazing. Room in general is also good. Big territory. Breakfast was amazing.

Cleaning service: few times cleaning were after 3pm (once at 5pm). Cleaning lady change bath suit and didn't check the pockets, where we had swimming pool cards. Water was forgotten a few times. For 5 days never was given vat kit. So you should use 3 ear sticks (that you have from beginning) for whole your stay for 2 person.Also receptionist said that we can use transfer to railway station any time, as they have driver in hotel. No need to book he told. And when we need to go and come to reception like 20 mins before leaving it appears they have only 1 driver (!!!) and he is busy. He helped at the end to find some other driver, just guy who works in hotel and has a car. But anyway. The hotel far from Batumi, it's impossible to order taxi in the morning. And this kind of surprise was waiting for us in the morning when we need to get train.Restaurant is too expensive compared with prices in Georgia. And it's not good. Food can be too salty or just not so delicious. Beer that cost 3 lari in shop (not do good, just cheep Georgian beer) costs 12 lari in restaurant.The swimming pool inside spa, the one with jacuzzi, looks dirty. Between tiles there is dirtiness, like it's black mold. It's disgusting to step there. Mold also on shower in the room.In general, hotel service absolutely not for 5 stars.Ah, and they removed all sunbed from beach. Yeah, it's already cold to swim. But, people like to sit on beach just to relax and watch sea.

Location, cleanliness & views.

The SPA was below average. The masseuse were not qualified to perform massages. I would recommend them to hire qualified staff for SPA.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous! We loved everything in it! The amazing aquarium in the lobby and dining area, the beautiful pool area. Our children enjoyed the kids club and outdoor play area. The staff is very kind and definitely 'at you service '! Everybody was super friendly and helped us a lot with everything that we needed. The food is diverse and tasty, the buffet is perfect and also the hotel's restaurants. Sky bar offer amazing view and cocktails. We enjoyed our vacation and can't wait to visit again!Our room was spectacular! Amazing terrace and view. Equiped very well and very comfortable.

FacilitiesThe facilities themselves are outstanding — the pool, beach, aquarium, and the surrounding forest are all truly beautiful and impressive. In terms of the physical environment, the resort delivers on almost every level.

The kids club facility itself is impressive, but unfortunately there are no activities provided and the staff appear completely unmotivated. They function more like security guards — they don’t engage with the children, don’t smile, and don’t make an effort to connect. My children, who usually love kids clubs all over the world, did not want to stay there because of the staff. The sofa bed is not suitable for the advertised capacity. The room is listed as accommodating 4 adults, but the sofa can barely fit one child, let alone two. I contacted reception about this issue, but never received a call back or resolution.For such an amazing resort, the service level is surprisingly lacking. Overall, you receive only the bare minimum. There are a few standout individuals — Archi with the golf cart, Georgie at reception, our cleaning lady (room 515) and the pool restaurant crew — who were excellent. However, the general level of service across the property was inconsistent.

The service was terrible every time we had to interact with the staff. The food was also below average at every restaurant.

The pool and the aquapark are great. The bar on the beach is great. The aquarium in the lobby in gorgeous. The place is expensive but really nice.

The asian restaurant was closed on Monday. The temperature in the Finnish sauna is too low.

THE HOTEL IS PERFECTLY DESIGNED, with the gigantic walk-through aquarium centered in the middle of it all to enjoy and relax. The pool was one of the greatest we've been to. The winter garden and beach were completely relaxing. The breakfast was superb, with a changing variety every day. The restaurants were also great and had very tasty foods .We got a beautifully designed cake for our 30th wedding anniversary waiting in our room which was delicious as well!

The location was problematic for us, as we were sure the hotel provided shuttles to the city . The distance was an hour ride, and the hotel's special cars wanted to charge 150$ for a 1 way ride. The Bolt app charges much less, but it was still a hassle to get to and from the airport or Batumi without a car. Coffee machines need to be more attended to as they ran out of milk or had to be cleaned and because the staff did not attend to them more often, this caused lines of people waiting during breakfast.Although we asked about restaurant times and amenities of the hotel upon arrival, we were not well informed, but were told to open the hotel app for information. The hotel app offered very limited info, and so we missed a fun yoga class we wanted to attend, and also a movie at the cinema. We also didn't know the menu of the restaurants, and it could have been helpful if the app actually provided all this info.We asked for a late checkout and were told to ask a day before. Then we were told to ask on the same day, and the answer we got was it was impossible as the room was already booked. I believe they could have told us that not on the final day. They gave us an extra half an hour, but wanted to charge us 100 Lari to stay in the pool area, which in other hotels is always free on the last day. That was very disappointing

The cultural experience at Paragraph resorts and spa left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

I liked almost everything .Incredible place for rest,high quality food,amazing aquarium and swimming area with tropical garden.The staff is very polite and available ( one little point-not all of them can understand English). Surely I'll come again!

I had a little problem with shower cabin-something was wrong in drain system and I always had a privet bit stinky pond in the cabin.Also if your neighbors are smoking and you 're not so it could be a bit problem to breath a fresh air on your balcony

Very long waiting time for lunch food. With kids it was not easy to wait over 1 hour.

Amazing hotel and resort.Bike tour is amazing and recommended.

1- The lobby needs repair, the poorest part of the hotel.2- ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM is NOT IN THE RESORT, the problem in the weather and cold temperature of the water (can’t swim in the sea at all).In Batumi the weather is much better than Shekvetilli.
