We ordered our croissant at reception the night before, great service.

We were given an information leaflet, but they should have also told us on arrival that there was no ski shuttle operation on a Saturday. A tour of the facilities on arrival would have been useful.

Perfect location for access to ski lifts. Free shuttle bus. The village has lovely restaurants etc.

Everything was perfect, nice hotel, good breakfast, spacious room!And big thanks should go to Madame Sidoni for her support!

The design is fantastic. Warm wood, great materialisation, very good value for money! The staff is very friendly.Tho hotel offers a good parking garage. And the Spa and Swimming Pool were from proper size.Over-all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Some minor things, the restaurants in the hotel and the nearby area were not very good.

The hotel is fantastic, new, and clean, with a really cool atmosphere. Check-in is a bit late at 5 pm, but we managed to check in 2 hours early. After checking out, you can still fully enjoy the hotel's amenities. It's very close to the Grand Massif Express lift, which has free, ample parking, but there's also a complimentary hotel shuttle available every day except Saturday. If you're up for it, you can even walk there. The hotel offers underground parking and is centrally located, close to various eateries—I recommend the burger joint La Canette—and ski rental shops. However, the real game-changer is the fantastic spa area with a pool, jacuzzi, and two saunas, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Breakfast are not included. You can order it in the nearby restaurant but the price is high (around 20 euro) and we did not go for it. But the day before you can order at the reception variety of pastries from the bakery and it was a good alternative. Pillows could be a more comfy.

no air conditioning in the room. which I imagine is not a problem 99% of the time, but it was above 30degrees celsius for the entire 10 days we were there.

The hotel has the amenities, as free WiFi, a fitness center, and a spa.The kitchenette had everything you could think of, including a fridge, wine fridge, stovetop, microwave, and sink. The location of the hotel is also great. It was close to many restaurants and stores, so we could easily find everything we needed. There were also plenty of places to visit and things to do in the area.

A nice modern Hotel, well maintained and very comfortable rooms.

Due to the Hotels central location and our room facing the street - it was extremely noisy morning, day and night.

The breakfast and restaurant facilities of this hotel where the let down. They are supposedly a separate business however you enter via the hotel on all angles, the staff where very rude and confrontational, this is a known problem in the hotel as we complained and where told we where the 4th people to complain that week. The issues with breakfast had a knock on affect as we ended up having to use our hotel room as an apartment without any facilities (kitchen sink/plates/fridge and so on) plus there is no room service which you would expect at a hotel of this standard. Also we stayed for 8 days and the room was only cleaned twice, the second time after I complained to the front desk.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in - luxurious, comfortable, big rooms, great facilities, lovely attentive staff, good breakfast, fantastic location! Couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff.

Central location, beautifully clean & modern. Gorgeous spa facilities. Our room was huge with a big balcony and we had both a bath with shower & separate shower! And it was really hot & they provided a fan as soon as we requested one! They also provide complimentary tea, coffee & fruit juice in your room. Lots of EV charging points & underground parking too.

As we stayed in the summer season, it was pretty quiet in the hotel so some of the usual facilities seemed closed but it wasn’t a major problem for us. Also didn’t seem to be any room service food/beverage facility.

The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. Furnishing is top-notch. Every piece of furniture is well chosen and of high quality. The bed is super comfy! The spa and wellness centre is better than that of many 5 star hotels. Staff were so friendly and thoughtful. They even brought a birthday gift for our one-year old! Un grand merci! Samoens is a very pretty town with many old charming buildings. The river, the lake area, the dramatic mountain view and many easy but picturesque trails in the area suit families with small kids in particular.

Incredible staff, could not do enough to help, amazing hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern and gorgeous rooms and a really top class spa. Right in the middle of town, super easy to get to everything and the most brilliant 'on demand' lift service to the gondola morning and afternoon. Cannot fault. We will be back next year.
