Convenient location, fast check-in, even at night. Nice staff, good amenities, fair price. Clean and cozy. Very clever idea to put fourth bed in the closet :) Very good option for four people.

Very limited breakfast and the size of the room.

Very modern and clean. Location for us was excellent.

Had to ask twice for extra pillows. Breakfast was a joke. No butter, I asked for some and it took nearly 10 minutes to get some. No clean cups, nowhere to sit. Tables not cleared.

Staff were miserable, they gave us the wrong room and basically said to deal with it, a party of 8 with 2 small children. Nothing at all in the area to even eat and we were not allowed to bring any food into the hotel

Good value for money, you have everything you need and the staff is friendly, nothing fancy but good for a short stay when you’re passing through. Exactly what I expect from an ibis budget.

They had a snack dispensary machine at the entrance, which is great but what was in it was very limited, I feel like they could make more money if they added a bigger variety of snacks.

It was exceptionally clean and new . Position was great for a stay over on your travels as its very near the freeway.Lots of parking, clean rooms, staff were helpful and overall a good experience. When doing long hours of travel its nice to arrive at a friendly place.

Functional, clean and slept 3 adults very good for a very last minute find when all the roads were blocked going to moutiers.

No soap or wash stuff as we had nothing as an unplanned stop.No hot water facilities accessible without paying.

I enjoyed a restful night's sleep with a stunning view; the location was ideal. The room was clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.

Latif, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and kind. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to find the perfect route to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Alps. We truly appreciated his assistance and warm hospitality!

Flooded rooms made the stay pretty uncomfortable!

Several rooms were flooded during the stay and the staff did not do very much to help!

Window closed was OK, but my window opened to the highway side, a lot of noise and a smell of sewer hit me in the morning, a septic tank nearby?

We also liked the fact that we could leave some food with reception, which they kept in a fridge for us.Parking was free and there were always plenty of empty spaces.

The room was clean and ok

It was allarm at 6am in the hotel and quite long, we had to go out for nothing , but what was truly bad it was dirty everything at the breakfast, was almost impossible to get a clean cup or fork or spoon…

Great location just off the main highway the room was more than adequate for an overnight stay enroute from Italy to England breakfast was good the staff were pleasant I could recommend to anyone as a place to stay when travelling to or from Italy.

Great value for money hotel. The facilities are basic but clean and new - they did the job! We were visiting Annecy but wanted to avoid the hassle of the busy town so we opted for here and it was a great choice with lots nearby including Geneva and easy access to Chamonix and Mont Blanc.

You could only buy refreshments from the vending machine if you had coins. No contactless or card payment accepted.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which fell short of cleanliness expectations. On our first day, we returned to find feces in the toilet after housekeeping had cleaned the room. Although we reported this to the reception, the issue was only partially resolved, as they simply flushed the toilet. We still have no idea who used it while we were away. Toilets should be properly sanitized, yet we had to ask for further cleaning. Additionally, we found a spider and its web on the wall later that night, as shown in the attached photo, highlighting a clear lack of cleanliness. Thank you for addressing this matter.
