Pros +

The room was very comfortable and clean and there was free coffee available in the breakfast area 24 hours a day. There was also beer available in the fridge for not much more than you would pay in a supermarket. The breakfast was really tasty with a good variety.
very clean and quiet room. walking distance to bus station. also walking distance to train station if you know the shortcut.

Cons -

Parking was on street and I had to park about 100m away. I had to walk quite a distance to a restaurant.
didn't know the shortcut to train station on first day so got trouble to find the way to city centre with the Google map. breakfast can do better.
