Pros +

• Location and helpful frontdesk. the parking with perimeter is a good idea in this district. The rest of facilities was ok.

• The property is well located. Parking is offered just in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good.

Cons -

• the water pressure was so low that taking the shower was almost impossible. i wouldnt call the breakfast particularly tasty. The bed and towels smelled slightly funny.
• I recently stayed at the Ruby Blue Hotel in Ostrava and, unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by its advertised rating. This hotel is far more suited to a 2-star classification, rather than a 4-star standard. Upon arrival, the entrance to the hotel was narrow and inconvenient, with a staircase that proved uncomfortable and challenging for guests. The reception area resembled that of a student dormitory rather than a professional hotel setting, and regrettably, the receptionist was unable to communicate in English, which created an additional barrier. The room, although functional, resembled that of a basic hospital room. The decor lacked any style or warmth, with only two lights providing minimal illumination, making it impossible to create any sort of inviting ambiance. The chair in the room was also uncomfortable, detracting from the overall experience. The bathroom was stark and felt more suited to a medical facility than a hotel. It appeared to be designed with accessibility in mind, yet it posed significant inconvenience: after showering, the floor became completely wet, making it difficult to access the toilet. Additionally, the use of metal and plastic materials throughout created a cold, clinical atmosphere. While there are several other aspects I could mention, I will conclude by stating that my overall experience was disappointing. The hotel felt more like a repurposed clinic than a 4-star accommodation, and I did not feel the comfort or luxury typically associated with such a rating.
