- The location and the wellness were good.
- The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of foods. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean and inviting not to mention the great mattress that gave me the beat rest in a long time.Close to all the hot spots on my list including the main reason for my travels, Ivan the Dental Implanttologist. A short walk from the hotel.

The staff is amazing there. Everyone is helpful and very friendly. Room was clean, the bed comfortable. Unfortunately i had the chance to be in a room facing the street and it was noisy. While showering the water has stopped for longer periods of time. So the price quality ratio is not really good.
Location perfect, breakfast quality is above and beyond most of the world's finest hotels offerings, free convenient parking

I slept the night of February 10th and it was perfect. I returned the night of the 12th and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep in the lobby until after 1:30 after midnight, and the concierge only intervened after being asked by phone. Unacceptable in a hotel like the Willis.

Location, comfort and cleanliness were perfect.
Asked for a double bed but got a twin. Easily solved by pushing together the twin beds. From the Booking.com advert it appeared that some of the Spa facilities were available as part of the booking but they were extras. This should be clearer on the site.

Spa was run down and only 2 of the Saunas were operational.

Beautiful hotel in the city center. Nice staff and great breakfast.
The opening hours of the wellness center are very short, i don‘t really understand why it opens at 3pm. Most of the facilities were out of order or simply not in use.
