Friendly staff. They're helpful don't put pressure on you even around the restaurant's closing time. Good selection and delicious food for breakfast. Very good quality food overall. Comfortable room and bed, lovely bathroom.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink is a little hard to use. The opening times of the hotel's restaurant on Sunday is limited, so that day your dinner needs a little bit of planning ahead.

The hotel is clean, good facilities, lovely rooms. Food is delicious. Location is great, there is parking for quests.

Certain staff could be a bit friendlier. Nothing major but it's not a good start if the receptionist has an attitude when you arrive. To be fair he made up for it later :).

I can highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely brilliant kitchen - so tasty good looking meals for a very good price. All the people in this hotel are so lovely, very welcoming and friendly. We also used the wellness... very warm water i jazzuzi (which i love), 2 saunas to use (infra and finnish) - not so hot as it should be, but still ok and lovely to use. The whole place (including wellness) is very clean. Sárvár spa is just 45 mins drive, which means the hotel is in very good location. I am sure this wasn't the last time we visited.

Comfortable and warm, good bathroom and bed, space in my suite and kitchen. Pleasant staff

Decor in my suite was kitsch and ugly. There was a kitchen which was nice but a single Nescafé in a plastic pouch and some fruit tea. Given the kitchen I think there should be a coffee maker, some ground coffee, milk in the fridge and biscuits. The dinner was good, tasty and plentiful but breakfast looked mean and sad. Good crispy bacon and lovely jam and brown rolls, but brown whole fruit just dumped, a few straggly pieces of cold meat. There was little attempt to make it look appetising and offer variety. I think the manager should be sent to equivalent hotels in different countries to get ideas!

Top of the 4 stars hotel, one of the best ( worldwide). I have been in this hotel quite a bit over the years, still keeping high standards.

For improvement: the cofee quality in the room could be changed as I wrote in the previous comments. This type of room has a shower head( big one), bed, pillow comfortable, room characteristic is amazing.

There is a must when you visiting around. You get the best bed ever, good pillows, big shower head, nice stuff and super food. The breakfast is superb, eggs, bacon, sausages, cold cuts, lots of veggies, pastry, johurt, cholcolate capucchino etc. I booked half baord so dinner was included, meaning we chose 3 course from the menu( salad, main course, desert), every single one of them( my husband'1s too) was very tasty. I do recommend to eat lunch or dinner, I think they became Papa one of the best restorant( good price as well).They have sauna and game room( cho cho, darts, etc) as well.And one more score to the stuff( the saturday afternoon working recepcionist and the bar guy, they speak perfect english and treat you as a real VIP guest.

Recommendation for improvements.Room had free cofee and tea selection.The 2 in 1 cofee quality does not belong to the hotel high value. Dallmayir cofee have a powder version, Icould see that quality matching the hotel 4 start image. The tea brand was good, is just more various I would expect( hate mint, bad on me).Under the breakfast(sunday morning) from the restaurant you clearly heard the kitchen workers, they every day struggle, especially the lady was loud and only collected dirty plates..

Staff very kind and rooms confortable and clean!

The room was unique and had a lot of character, and was very clean and well kept. The hotel had wonderful facilities, a whole room in the downstairs with darts, pool, and music that you could use when with friends.

Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and very nice staff.

I liked all, specially the personnel of the hotel and the breakfast. The room was perfect and we made them feel at home.

As it was a long term visit, the room was not done all days. However, it was still fine.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in the Hotel . The staff was very friendly, the rooms was very clean and everybody did a great job . The location is also great , the prices was fair and the food a la carte was amazing. Our most favourite was the burgers and the desserts. We will come 100% back , see you soon :)

It is always a pleasure returning to this hotel, the best in Pápa. You are warmly received and they provide whatever it is necessary to make you feel comfortable. The restaurant is also fantastic. Very recommended.
