Everything was okay. Staff had problem with English, but we finally made it :) Hotel restaurant is excellent. Really like it. We had not enough time to try welness and spa in the town. Next time...

Nothing. I honestly thinking that's the best value for your money type of hotel.

New and modern hotel. Spacious room with microwave, stove, Nespresso machine . Very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

Could have been good to have some TV channels in English.

Nice new hotel, room was enough for all family, additional beds (sofa) are enough for sleeping of adult person. Rooms are with some basic equipment for cooking. Satelite TV was appriciated (footbal - premier league).

Lovely place with great staff and reasonable prices. The restaurant offerings are also delicious. Everything is super clean and comfy, parking is great, WiFi is reliable and fast. You're not gonna regret choosing them. Go for it.

Staff speaks many languages… rooms are simple, modern clean. It was quiet at night and we could open the balcony door and have fresh air. Great water pressure in shower. Breakfast was very good. Warm and cold dishes. Excellent coffee etc. Restaurant kitchen also excellent. Their soups ARE homemade.

Wish there was a lounge where one could sit and read a bit. In summer they have a lively terrace area . But nothing for cooler evenings.

Staff very friendly and helpful when we forgot some things at the end and had to come back. Also everybody speak english/german so there were no problems with comunication. Room was great, lots of parking space, great food.

great hotel with fully equipped rooms with kitchenettes. Only 3 km by car from Hungary's largest thermal baths. Bükfürdó Thermal & Spavery clean, free parking in front of the door, including breakfast, very good value for money. Very good hotel restaurant. Very friendly staff and seavice?

Good value family hotel in thermal resort. Buffet dinner included in price. Nice breakfast, plenty of parking. Quiet location in calm village.

The location is nice.

It is not even a hotel, rather a small pension with old-style furnitures. The breakfast I cannot evaluate, the eggs were turning to grey.

Large room with comfortable beds, and a kitchenette corner. Very good half-board menu, totally worth the price. Drinks are at moderate prices too, wine selection looked great. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Modern, clean, spacefull and quiet room incl. bathroom. Food in restaurant excelent.

LITTLE: Wind caused a roof grumble, but sleeping was not disturbed.

Bed is small and hard, room very dark and narrow, no light in the kitchen corner, fridge doesnt work.

Before going to the hotel, they called me and said that there is no one at the reception in the evening, we will leave your key on the desk at the reception. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, the outer door was locked and I stayed outside. From then on, I had to find a place to sleep.I will never go again. It was a terrible experience.

Hotel is in walking distance to the big factory in city. So I walked each day. Room door opens to outside, not to the hotel corridor.

It is better a Park(ing place) hotel, as my window was looking at the car park - which is concrete. I also disliked the solid fences all around the hotel garden. Bicycle rental is payable.

Brand-new hotel with good restaurant. Breakfast is perfect, service too.Rooms are very clean, big and with excellent beds.Being there for two nights for business everything was perfect. Good WiFi.Next time I want to try the sauna.

Modern and clean rooms with practical design. Nespresso in the room. Friendly staff. Free parking. Breakfast was good. You can rent bikes to go around the area. There is a sports area for guests and a barbeque area as well. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the morning with my coffee.
