Cleanliness, flexibility of the staff, location for skiing, the senior staff members

The soundproofing of the rooms is not the best. Also, there were 2 new staff members, who were lack of knowledge and experience.

Nice location to the slopes, quiet and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, and a substantial breakfast.

It felt like we stayed off season which meant some of facilities in the hotel wasn't available. But the host did the best he could to make our stay pleasant. The last day we were allowed to leave our things in the room until late which was very nice.

The owner is extremely friendly and our stay was great. We used the sauna during the afternoon of our arrival and it was extremely relaxing. The view on the surrounding woods is fantastic!

A bit more maintenance during the summer time would have make the place perfect (i.e.: no flowers at the windows/balconies)

Very friendly and nice host, nice, clean and tidy accomodation on a beautiful spot with the Swiss border in front of you. Host Goran was helpful and thoughtful and checked breakfast timing so we would have a fresh breakfast, which was included in the stay and also pleasant. Would recommend staying here.

The property was in a quiet area and had excellent amenities, with a wonderful view of the mountain face. The property has a bus stop at the top of the drive was that takes you to Samnaun and if you take the invoice to the ticket office you will get a 5% discount on your lift ticket. The property also had a complementary breakfast and a wonderful restaurant that included strong coffee and cold beer

The parking

Breakfast included eggs cooked to order. 4 family members stayed in downstairs apartment while 2 stayed in upstairs room with a view. Apartment had rudimentary cooking implements. Pet friendly and close to public transportation and skiing. Difficult to walk dog as hotel is on busy road.

There is not much of a lounge to speak of. Some communication issues as staff did not speak English or German very well.

Location is just priceless. High in the mountains, fresh air, serpantine road - everything is so great.Host is very friendly. We have arrived late - but he still managed to arrange us some food and drinks.

The host are Very kind and the place are wunderful. The room are clean - everything was clean, modern and the wake up in the mornig and get the look to the mountains was Beautiful. The food was very good both mornig and the dinner. You can walk in the mountains or take you bike. The place are near Italy Schweiz and Samnaun where you can bye tax-free.This year we were there two times and we will be back to stay at this place.So nice place to stayThe best place we had been to.

We shared a family room. My daughter (7) loved that her bed was up some spiral stairs in the mezzanine level.

Decor is a bit dated. But everything worked.

Accommodation was great, 3 minutes to the ski bus (runs twice a day) Breakfast was really good, sauna and steam bath with a small relaxation room are available, 8 km by car to the Samnaun cable car, employees and owners very friendly and courteous /a la carte dinner available

Temperature in the room was to hot could’ve been a little cooler.

Everything was ok. Tasty, on time - enough for people who came for skeeing

close to the lifs - 5minutes by car, nice and clean room with internet connection, enough parking place, sauna for 2 people, steam room for 2 as well. small jacuzzi outside, breakfast - eggs, cheese, salami.

no warm water during afernoon, full pension means come early to get hot shower, just fried dishes to the dinner, kitchen smells everywhere during evening, slow internet connection to watch movie online during evening, breakfast without fruits and vegetables.

The breakfast was ok, and the host, Anna, is very nice and tries to do everything to make you feel good. We had a wonderfull vacantion at this hotel.

Ana, the lady from the restaurant is the best! Everything is perfect! The rooms are clean,food is very tasty and not expensive.
