Wonderful place, friendly staff, unbelievable view from the balcony on 5th floor, unfortunately didn't have the chance to enjoy the facilities.

We had a meal included in the evening, was a buffet. It was alright and good value, but I think i prefer a restaurant next time.

Not much. Property is big. Could be good if properly maintained. Towels and bed sheets were clean.

Heating not working. We asked twice about it. TV not working. Poor internet connection. Broken chair. Property needs proper maintenance. They painted the ceiling and forgot to remove the tapes that they used. We complained at the front desk about all those issues and they mentioned that will send back 20% of the value as a discount through Booking. Never received it. And I will never be back again.

The apartment had a nice cut and a nice view from the terrace. It was quiet. There was a possibility for an uncomplicated late check-in outside opening hours of the reception, but the hotel also called us to make sure about our arrival time and gave us clear instructions. The beds were comfortable.

Maybe I have overlooked some things in the description of the room and then made some wrong assumptions, but: We didn't expect that the apartments are in a separate location almost a kilometer away. We also got surprised by the electricity surcharge. (No complaint about its existence, but we think it could be made more clear upfront, e.g. in one of the pre-arrival e-mails that the hotel sends out, and certainly at check-in again,). We then felt that making use of the breakfast option (as it is listed on booking.com) didn't make sense, because we then could also walk to the local bakery (which was closer). Now, you have to do check-in at the reception of the main hotel, where parking for check-in is not clearly marked. Lastly, the apartments and their entrance area have aged quite a bit and deserve a renovation, repair of broken parts, and an inspection for bugs.

The penthouse was really cozy and the view was super. The staff were very welcoming.

We loved the location the view from out window was beautiful , very close to where we went skiing , very clean , the rooms are really big the staff are absolutely gorgeous they are the friendliest we have ever met , very welcoming we felt like part of a family .We highly recommend and we will definitely be back .

The bathroom could do with a fan / ventilation system as no windows :)

House keeping did change the towels every day unless they are on the floor or not, and house keeping did not renew the empty shower gel bottle. Facility manager kept the room door open when he left (nothing happened, but this was unprofessional)And we think it was little expensive

Our stay was an overnight on a road trip. The apartment (had a kitchen) was spacious, clean and functional. The parking near to the hotel was convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice alpine style breakfast. The hotel is located in the centre of the village.

The rooms are absolutely fine, but starting to show a few signs of aging. The value for money of the evening meal could have been better.
