    Pros +

    • Modern, large and comfortable apartment. Good sauna and fitness room in the building.Note that the hotel is a 4-500m walk from the apartment building.Food was great.
    • The location is excellent, the village is in a valley with beautiful mountains around, a very good base to explore the tyroler alps. The rooms were super, big (actually it could host twice as much people), comfortable and well equipped. We only missed the dishwasher-tablette, we had to buy a box for the few days we spent there, but it's okay, we took the rest home. The pool on the roof was always closed when we checked, but we did not really mind, since we preferred the wellness section in the main building anyway, it's much bigger and offers more facilities, like whirlpool, several saunas and pool for the kids. The breakfast was also served in the main building, so we started every day with a 10 minutes walk. The selection was huge, everyone could easily find something including the kids, and even me, doing a keto diet at the moment. We specially liked the fresh maked omlettes, that were freshly prepared in front of you, according to your taste. The Hungarian team (yes 80% of the team are Hungarian) is doing a great job, and I especially liked our morning chats with János, who is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional at the same time, he gave us good advices about where to go and what to do, and also which meats should I try.

    Cons -

    • All the pools are too cold at 28-29C for a “spa” experience.
    • Telling the truth it's really hard to find something that we did not like, I was generally very satisfied. I can only mention the temperature of the pools, all of them could be around 2 degrees warmer. Since it was cold outside, we only checked out the sky pool for 5 minutes, took the panorama-photos, then since the water was not comfortable we went back downstairs to the inside pools. Same goes for the whirlpool which was only comfortable temperature as long as it was working, then as soon as it turned off itself it felt cold.
    • In our opinion and based on previous experiences around the world, we expected better services for accommodation at such a relatively high price. The room was not cleaned during our stay, and you have to pay extra for coffee – €1 per capsule, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The pool is outdoor, small, rather cold, and often crowded with small children, making it unusable. Additionally, there are only 5 sunbeds available, which is really insufficient for such a large hotel. As a result, we ended up going to thermal baths in Switzerland, where it was peaceful and the water was warm (just a 10-minute drive).Breakfasts were very average – there were no fresh juices, quality coffee, pancakes, waffles, or other similar items. Although the waitress initially told us to let her know if we had any special requests, none of our requests were accommodated. She quite bluntly said that they simply don’t have it. We would have appreciated more willingness to help. Also, rooms on the lower floors are disturbed by loud street noise, which disrupts the peace. Unfortunately, we were unlucky and stayed on a lower floor right next to the road, where the noise of cars woke us up early in the morning.A very unpleasant surprise was the transparent bathroom door. There were also no keys for the interior doors, such as the bedroom door, which is very impractical and completely unsuitable for larger families.Considering that the room was described as being suitable for allergy sufferers, we were disappointed in this aspect as well. The room had curtains and drapes, and the bedding also did not seem to be allergy-friendly, as we woke up with sticky eyes and blocked noses. We’ve had significantly better service in hotels of this category. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we will not be returning.

    8NicolaPosted on: 1-21-2025

Suites were a very good size, accommodating the entire family. Kitchen complete with everything.Beds comfortable, large bathrooms.

Views out of suite could have been better, faced apartments.

Beautiful views. Good value for money

Part of the hotel is a building site. The sauna is sort in between everything. A lot of clothed people staring into the sauna area. Bit weird.

The sauna and infinity pool were amazing

No towels or napkins in the kitchen

The room was much larger than expected. It was all done to a very high standard. The lady who greeted us was really helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

There is nothing I could criticise.

The location and view from our room were perfect! The apartment was spacious, you can also go to a sauna (they have 3) and swimming pool on a rooftop.parking is in same building.

Cleaning of a room is a paid option, they only take care of a garbage, there is no tools to clean room by yourself though. Pillows and mattresses were not the most comfortable. TVs are quite old so our kids could not watch Netflix and other streaming services. The breakfasts were same every day and not the most tasty ones. The fridge was not good and once it just overfreezed our vegetables. There is also no washing machine. So not very suitable for a stay longer than 4-6 days with kids.

The big space allocated and it was nicely furnished Breakfast at the main hotel was very good

You need to pay if you want to change your towel or your sheets

Clean rooms, nice sauna and gym. really good pancakes at breakfast. Food at dinner was good!

Our room was in the basement and we heard the air condition units (or some other device?) humming outside our windows all night long. we also heard the kitchen and the restaurant from upstairs (carts were being rolled). we only stayed two nights - if we had stayed longer I would have asked for a different room. I think it’s slightly odd that room cleaning isn’t included in the price of a 4 star hotel. you also pay extra for bath robes. Breakfast is pretty standard. The roof top pool is much smaller than. in the pictures.
