The pool and spa area is super nice, good breakfast selection, helpful staff and a spacious comfortable room. What more could you need!

It’s at the top of a relatively steep hill. Not a problem for us but worth a consideration.

Rooms are very noisy, stayed for 12 days and didn’t change my sheets. My room was near stairs and incredibly noisy.

The staff were amazing, so helpful before arrival with all questions and fabulous throughout our stay. wonderful breakfast and spacious rooms. The wellness area was better than most luxury hotels!

Our room was lovely but - only a few times - a little cold. However we had an extra heater and to be honest it was so much better for sleeping!

the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. the two people who staffed the front desk were super friendly and helpful. easy walk to Schlosskopf lift. ski shop in the lobby was super convenient.

breakfast was serviceable and the same every day. no half-board or snacks was a killer. no common / lounge area meant you always had to be in your room. wellness area was serviceable, but not super inviting. same with the ski/boot room. small, dirty and wet.

The staff Mark and Sabrina were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made great effort to make us feel at home! Sabrina even arranged a last minute reservation for us for New Year’s eve which was much appreciated:) Lovely staff, lovely hotel

Small but really nice Hotel only about 3 minutes walk from the Gondola. The suite we've had was really spacious. The breakfast room is also very nice and there is a great selection including fresh fruits The host Mark and his wife who were working while we stayed there are super friendly and helpful in every situation. They made the stay an extraordinary experience. Also to mention the easy access to the ski storage room with boot heaters and the very clean and nice spa facility.

We were in the top floor under the roof, so the room was quite cold. Since there was a low occupation when we stayed there. I wasn't too sure if all the food was fresh. I would have preferred prepackaged yoghurts and not a big open bowls as there was no way that it was fresh every day.

It's a really small hotel (10 or so rooms) but the staff (2 receptionists) were outstandingly friendly and kept all offerings running as this was a large hotel.

Staff were so helpful and friendly they really couldn't do enough for us. Rooms clean and comfortable, we had the family suite with sauna and it was perfect
