    Pros +

    • The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was kind and very much stayed out of guests hair as long as you respected the property of course. We stayed in a double room and it was large, couch, table, bathroom was amazing. Location was very close to lifts and the Dorfaus bus. Smoking allowed outside. Ski room in basement with a boot drying rack.
    • This is really a lovely typical family run Austrian hotel. Quiet with wood panelling and flowery curtains. The breakfast was an excellent buffet with other hot options; I was delighted there was decaff coffee and oat milk! The location was nice and quiet up and behind the main street which meant a short walk to the main lift and bus stop. For us the road was clear which was fine; it would have been less easy if icy. The ski and boot room was downstairs accessed behind the hotel. The sauna was excellent and available each evening. I loved that there are 3 generations of the lovely family who own it with the pram in the hall ?. We had sunshine so enjoyed having tea on the terrace. There were also supper options.
    • Great facility with sauna, excellent choice of breakfast, dining room with good view, afternoon tea and self-serve bar is awesome.

    Cons -

    • The rooms were hot and if not used to that, hard to sleep well.
    • nothing really. The location is uphill from lift so there is a 5-min walk
    • Felt like we got scammed by the front desk when it came to buying ski-passes. We asked for a one-day pass and were told that there was a 2-day minimum. Then when we got to the slopes we found out that single-day tickets are readily available. Went to customer support at the slopes and they weren't able to help us but told us the hotel has the same capability to issue 1-day passes and that the hotel should refund us for the additional day that we don't need.Went back to the hotel and they said with their operation they can only do 2-day passes. I was quite frustrated that they didn't inform us that we can get 1-day passes anywhere else and gave us the impression we had no choice but to buy 2-day passes. They did not make any attempt to correct the wrong and we ended up eating the sunk cost.

The hotel is in a lovely setting just outside of downtown Lech. Great breakfast choises. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and gave plenty of space.

An incredibly welcoming family hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious and with a great view. The bathroom was new and very clean. Very delicious breakfast. Most importantly - attentive and caring service by all the staff involved. Easily one of the best places we ever stayed in!

Everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable.

We loved the view looking up at Oberlech. The room was very cozy and spacious. The location could not have been better.

The parking spaces filled up fast, but we were still able to find a place close to the entrance. The breakfast felt a little sparse, but perhaps that was because we came down during the last 20 minutes they served breakfast.

The attention of all of Bianca's staff was incredible. The breakfasts with a spectacular view of Lech were one of the best things during the stay. Breakfast was very complete. The waffles and cheese selection are standouts.Arriving after skiing and having them wait for you with hot tea and cakes every day made a difference with other previous accommodations. The room was spacious and comfortable (although it did not face the front, which had balconies). Very cute. New bathroom. Space to keep all the suitcases and a separate room to leave the ski equipment and boots that dried overnight. The hotel can manage the ski pass for the ski centers and gives you all the instructions to use the bus shuttles between towns. For fans of the games: there was a foosball. The sauna section is very cozy with several temperature and relaxation options. Water and dry fruits wait for you there.

It is not something that the hotel staff controls nor is it clarified anywhere, but some guests who used the sauna were naked, despite having robes available for their use.

Lovely facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to ski lifts.

Small family run business, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Sauna end of day was fantastic after ski.snowboarding.

There was no lift for getting luggage up to the second floor.

    9JoannaPosted on: 3-11-2023

Excellent breakfast - exceeded expectations, variety for everyone incl. eggs each day. High quality produce. Location within 5-10mins walk of ski rental shops and main lifts.Peaceful. Beautiful sun terrace out front for the afternoons.

Only comments would be perhaps offering a pot of coffee for the breakfast table vs one cup; larger /better quality towels would be a nice addition.

Absolutely loved our stay! Lovely spacious rooms with comfy beds. Delicious breakfast and such wonderful and friendly service, would highly recommend

    9KarinPosted on: 2-16-2023

Pension Bianca is a family run, warm and welcoming place. All facilities are comfortable and exceptionally clean. The sauna / steam-room / infrared cabin are great after a long day of skiing. Breakfast is served in a light-flooded room with great views. Strongly recommended

One thing that would be a great addition is if Pension Bianca also served dinner in-house, at least a few times per week. It’s tricky to find restaurants in Lech with availability - when we tried to book a couple of weeks ahead of time, nearly everywhere we tried was booked for weeks ahead already.

Great breakfast. Very nice rooms that are cleaned on a daily basis. Very nice sauna/relaxation facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was self-service and had a great selection, including hot bacon+egg every day. Staff were very helpful, serving tea/coffee to your table, and topping up any of the buffet as needed.
