Really liked the sitting area on each floor and honor system for bar. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and it was great to be able to sit outside with some wine each evening. Loved the setting in Obertraun as well.
Very warm and friendly host

Cons -

Loved the hotel. Will definitely return if in the area again. Was very happy to have chosen to stay at Obertraun instead of Hallstatt which was completely overrun with tourists. Obertraun had a great deal more charm.
