Comfort Inn & Suites

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick, and the hotel was quiet, making it easy to relax. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value for the price.

The Wifi was not working, the breakfast could of had more of a choice, the coffee was cold. It would of been useful to know beforehand there's a resort fee. Definitely not worth the money paid

Location

The hotel rooms are deteriorating, and it needed to be upgrading. No Wi-Fi service within parts of ours stay.

The only thing I would have liked was the location but he main road going to Dorado was closed and there was the largest block party the town sees going on meaning everything was blocked off on almost every direction.

THERE WAS NO INTERNET, NO INTERNET, NO INTERNET. Not just me, another guest saw me fiddling with my laptop in the breakfast area and said she couldn't get it to work for the entire 3 day stay. I had to go to the Burger King to be able to work. Never again

Breakfast did not have enough meat options. No toiletries provided by Hotel. Room was very plain. It is in Puerto Rico. They should have made it very colorful.

The workers are nice

Bathroom had no door food no variety, price was too high there was a lot of bugs on floor and a lot too many of those flies that go around the light

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The pool was unavailable. It was supposed to be completed in December. They apologized that the information wasn?t updated. The hotel is next to a very loud highway. The loud air conditioner drowns out some of the sound.

Good location friendly staff

Stayed in room 212 and got bitten up by bed bugs on our last night in PR. Had to spend first few days at our house ensuring we fumigated and didn't let them infect the home!

Location is great but it?s old place and staff is not accommodating at all

Room service was better than expected.

Hotel was in renovation process. Pool and some of the other amenities were not available. Bathroom was small shower was only half shielded. Nothing to stop water from wetting the floor. Main item was that hotel had weak Wi-Fi but no internet service.

Great stay! All went smooth and deposit was back in my account next day!

Breakfast wasn?t the best but still free

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room waa cozy and very clean. Breafast was great. Very near the beach (walking dista ce)

The pool area was going thru some changes so, they had to shut it down, however, I believe, for what I saw, it will be super awesome once it re-opens

Courtesy and everything

The shower only has one door ? and the water ? gets out of the shower but other than that it?s all great I was at the facility with my family and we liked it

My balcony door wouldn?t lock and I couldn?t get a goodnight rest, roaches by the elevators

The location of the hotel is outstanding and the free breakfast is not bad

The hotel is absolutely miserable. Elevator was out of service, the mattresses were as if every swinger in town had pounded the stuffings completely flat! there were roaches in the shower. General fit and finishes Completely ridiculous and unkempt!

No complaint about the Hotel..The coffee on the breakfast room need some better quality. And the staff need some kind of classes how to deal with peoples. She is rude with everybody...She is no good to work on this kind of business.

Good location to major artery 165. Near restaurants.

Hotel description is outdated and so is this hotel. Elevator stopped working, parking is limited. Found a roach in my bathroom and one star member treated me as if I was a bother to other guess just because I was making my own coffee.

The location was good, close to everything without the San Juan madness. Staff was mice and amenities were okay.

The room was half nice and half outdated. Felt more like a motel than what it is advertised for. The bathrooom was very small (sink outside ugh), no fan working and the shower head was filthy. We found roaches and centipedes (alive) so will never be back.

Ocean View Location

No refrigerator for medications. Limited selection item on breakfast.

I like about this hotel the location that was situated because I was traveling to different cities in Puerto Rico and was not far from it also the service was great, room was big
