Pros +
- Location, cleanliness and the staff was communicative.
- The room was very clean and modern. I like hotels that don't have carpet and this one had very clean, sparkling tile floors. No odors and it was very inviting from the minute we walked in. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.
- The cleanliness was exceptional.
Cons -
- Somewhat pricey. Bathroom vent or extractor needs cleaning!
- On one night that we stayed, another guest was talking in the lobby. Because of the thin door, their voice was very loud in our room. Shower leaked and caused flooding on bathroom floor. It needs to be sealed better. Also need a better soap rack is needed
- The location of the property was not the best. No parking other than the front of a flower shop where the suite is located, I was informed of additional parking at a house two properties away which I would not feel safe parking there. D

Spacious ,nice bed
Not enough towels No mat on the bathroom floor
It is centrally located, so it made it easy to get around. The only bad is the few characters that hung around at night time. As for the room and cleanliness it was great. Too bad bigger hotels don't model themselves after this place. Will go back.
Cleanliness
