The food was very nice ,the location perfect.

The bed was too soft, beauty service was very limited due to availabilty issues. It was extremly warm in the rooms around 26 celsius could not adjust the temperature.

Clean, comfortable hotel room. We really enjoyed the sauna, massage, jacuzzi and pools. The grounds were nice and close to the forest trails. The included breakfast was good, but we didn't like the dinner.

It’s a nice place near the forest in a small countryside city the food at the hotel was absolutely incredible. Delicious was good not only for me but also for one-year-old baby. Very good playground near the hotel and in the hotel.

We had an absolutely terrible situation at the spa complex. I went there in the morning with my baby, and someone from the staff came and told me in a rude manner that I can’t be with my baby there she switch off the sauna and told me to go out. I was on the way to cry and went to manager. They told me by the rules kids can’t go to the sauna Out of age 16, which was absolutely new for me. She kicked out me with a baby from the spa complex. I was crying and all that day. I felt very bad because of it. I didn’t find any information about these rules at the hotel.

The hotel is a spa hotel, in a small village in Hungary. Overall was nice but the vibe was a nursery home kind of ...and lots of kids. So many elderly people and lots of kids...for us wasn't really a vibe for vacation.Dinner was included but wasn't very good. The pool was full and loud, we didn't bother to go.

everything except cleanness

carpets are not hoovered properly, corners in the room also not cleaned well, I would say just ignored... please discuss with housekeeping manager, the rest of our stay was really perfect

Too many people during meals : breakfast or dinner - very noisy and not really restful time as we were eating. There is a beautiful terrace & park where you can eat but then mosquitoes decided to come out ;(you are surrounded by people all the time.The same at the pool area... If you don't mind to be with people all the time this is your place. We were looking for a relaxing week-end ;(

It was very easy to get to the hotel. We were able to come from Vienna very easily by public transport. The hotel has a wonderful view and location right in the forest. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was new and nice. The balcony was large and overlooked the beautiful forest view. Also the food we got from the snack bar was very good. The buffet was also good but could have been better. I think the price-performance balance is very good. I would definitely like to come again.

There were small hairs on the sheets. Even though we told them, they were forgotten and not changed. Also, the pool was not completely clean. There was dirt on the edges of the pool. The large pillow was too high and uncomfortable. We had to sleep with a smaller size pillow.

The idea is there, but the execution is lacking. Generally the breakfast and dinner options are varied enough.Rooms are big.

The personnel doesn't make you feel welcome (with exception of one very nice waiter at the dinner).The pool area is rather small which is extra obvious when the hotel is nearly fully booked. With children running around it is not really relaxing. On the outside hotel appears clean, but the devil is in the details - there were potato chips under our bed and the bedding was washed but not clean. Hotel offers rooms service but we couldn't figure out how to contact front desk because there was no phone in the room, so it didn't make much sense to use it.Overall the hotel unfortunately didn't meat the expectations.

Everything was perfect! It was very nice spa weekend, we can warmly recommend this place.

Unfortunately all massage appointments were booked,so we haven’t had any,although we wanted.

Two pools one pretty warm to chill other one regular pool. Sauna are diverse and nice.

The hotel is super close to Vienna, so it's perfect for a quick getaway. The staff is in general very nice, a lot of them speak German and if not German then they speak English. The spa area is very nice. The pool is nicely warm and you get thin sauna towels there. We were there during the week and the spa area was never really crowded, but I can imagine that it is quite crowded on the weekends.

The buffet was ok, but not really great. There were little vegetarian offers and vegan was not really an option. Everything was labelled, which was good, but in general it sad, that there is so little vegetarian and almost no vegan (one soup was labelled vegan) - would be nice to adjust that and offer more things.

Nice location in the forest but on other side close to Sopron (walking distance to city centre) and Austria. Great swimming pool area with pool for kids. Clean playroom. Nice room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for drinks.

There is info that crib does not fit to the room and it is not available but if you call to hotel they manage it. Why to pay for parking? I prefer a little higher price for accomodation and have it for free (it is not public place). Really narrow space between lines for cars. Variety of food for dinner.

The spa is beautiful. It was not very crowded there are 5 saunas and great pools. Food was delicious, a big variety of different kinds of breakfast and dinners. During the weekends live music.Its approx. 5 mins by car from Sopron and 50mins from Pandorf.

Spa should be open a little bit longer than to 8 pm.

The food offer was simply perfect, we enjoyed each dish. The location is very niceThe spa area is new and clean.

(o) Coffee for the breakfast was mediocre(o) All-in-All was mostly clean, but here and there one could see some dust on lamps and radiators; There were some spider-webs in the ceiling and the carper in the room was not vacuumed everyday.(o) The dining room is overfilled with dining tables, which makes it uncomfortable to reach the buffet when there are too many people in the dinning room.(-) Only 2 small elevators for the entire hotel is way not enough.(-) The stairways are somewhere at the end of the corridor ... far far away from our room and far from the elevator.(-) Elevators are quite aggressive - the 2nd person is usually hit by the doors if he/she is not quick enough to leave or to enter.

Very nice hotel with lots of options to spend your time - we loved the activities that were offered, for example wine tasting (for free).

Breakfast food options are good but could be improved

We liked everything - the hotel is very clean, professionally maintained, and you can see that everyone really cares - everything is done in a very thorough manner. We would be happy to come back.

The only things that could be improved are including some drinks for dinner (if halfboard is included in the price). Also, I'm not entirely sure whether the water temperature in the pools corresponded to the one stated on the premises (it felt lower).

Great value for the price. Room was nice and clean. Great breakfast and dinner selection, food was great. Wellness and spa were fine. Overall very good!

Had some communication problems in English with staff at the spa reception and bar which resulted in wrongly booked massages and Mojito instead of coffee but it created funny memories so.
