Hotel Szieszta

Everything about my stay there was exceptional. Beautiful room, cozy wellness area, good food. I was traveling for business purposes, but I’ll maje sure to come back with my family.

Overall great value, ok dinner ok breakfast, nice that it got pool and sauna in this price range.

The bathroom mainly, firstly it was very small, secondly the water wouldn't drain in the shower.

Our unplanned stop made us create a reservation late at night, the staff made sure we will have the correct room. All was peaceful and quiet. PS: We noticed a lot of bad reviews but decided to take a chance anyway.

The room we had was old (like "comunism" era - The walls were not straight, you had to play with the taps to have a warm shower and the curtain in the shower needed to be replaced a long time ago. Not to mention the tub. That was long overdue :-) Maybe the other guests had reconstructed rooms, but in our case it was an emergency stop so we were happy to have it as it was.

Beautiful newly refurbished rooms, great food and friendly staff accommodating all of our needs.

Staff don't speak English. I got a room in which there was a door that led to the neighboring apartment where someone was already sleeping. They couldn't lock themselves!?!?

Lovely big hotel recently renovated rooms and nice quiet spa with a great sauna. Spa attendant is a lovely lady and very helpful, informative and welcoming. Pours a mean pint of Soproni too! Food was old school Hungarian fare buffet style and extremely tasty.

Charged double for a mistake with the booking.

Disgusting bathroom. Unacceptable shower, disgusting and smelling carpet and blankets and pillows. Horrible dinner options.

Location was great. Wellness facilities were very good.

Housekeeping was below average. No soap, not enough towels, no vacuuming. Breakfast was below average.

The room was clean, renovated, check-in 24-h,etc.

I have paid for the dinner and breakfast in advance, but when I have arrived there around 21.00 they told me that it is too late for dinner, although there were people in the restaurant at that hour. In the morning I had to leave early, and at 7.00 o'clock they told me that the breakfast is from 8.00 o'clock, so I left without eating. Maybe they should write the hours when the restaurant is open.

Hotel is 4 km from the city center, but in nice forest, calm place.You will neeed a car or taxi.You can use train for sightseeing of city every 10:00 am in summer grom hotel.You can use Lime bycicles for move in city from and to hotel (it is 3 km from city centres the hotel)In hotel is wllness- 2 saunas, whirlpool and pool-they was nice.1km from hotel is termal pool.

There was old furnitured rooms, old bathroom (worst than on the pictures from booking). Rooms was paint probably -because everywhere was rest of paint -on the doors- in the bathroom. Bathroom was maybe over 30 years old.The breakfast was very small of posibilities of type of food.
