Triple room was big enough. Clean and good.

Parking was fuul, so we had to parking in a public parking.

Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, good hotel for one night stay. Our kids were happy that they got a separate bedroom ?

Sound isolation is very poor. Our neighbour took a shower in his apartment, but it sounded that he took a shower in our bathroom ?

I would just improve a bit the reception, it looks more like the entrance of an hostel.

We were transfered to their partner hotel; Hotel Palatinus. Location and the hotel room design was nice.

Biggest disappointment ever! Cold room and freezing cold water! Regardless of our complaint they kept on telling us on the reception that we should run the water for at least 10 mins and it will be fine. Great GREEN approach but useless because it never got hot just slightly warm. My kids were freezing and although I tolerate cold water, still after a day of skiing it was rather unpleasant. Next day when the hotel was busier even the warm water turned freezing cold several times! Reception kept on telling us the same lie, run it and it will be nice. When I invited them to the room to show what I do wrong they never had the time/backup…The promised compensation for the inconvenience has not yet been done. They offered a 2500 HUF (6€) reduction at check out…

Good place for an overnight trip. Breakfast was fine. Beds new. All clean and friendly personal.

Very nice and pleasant hotel, beautiful room, comfortable bed, nice staff. We appreciated coffee machine and water in the room. Garage is right under the hotel. To the historical centre it is comfortable walk. It is quite small hotel, but breakfast was great with many options.

Modern, clean, great breakfast

Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice and new furniture with colors that brighten up the room. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is excellent. So are the staff and the dining room itself.

nice design concept mostly well executed, located favourably towards the center, tasty and rich breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was extremely comfortable and quiet and it was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect - on a quite just off the one of the main squares. I would definitely recommend this place.

The air conditioning wasn't as effective as it might have been - but I'm prepared to believe that that was down to user error on my part!

Cleaning.... cups were dirty in the room, hair on the floor)The AC did not work in the room and can be controlled only by the receptionist.Breakfast is good, variety is good, but only a fiew served, so they are looking your steps when you take the yougurt, making uncomfortable feeling.

The balcony and under bed area were dusty and dirty. Those areas haven’t been cleaned up for a while.

The location is near the centre of the town. TV got Netflix. The room was tiny but still cosy. The underground parking was ok.

The room was too small for two people. The shower was very small. The parkingvspace was two small and difficult to get in and out of.

The shower tray was full of water after 2 minutes of showering. The he room was extremely small. I was traveling alone for work. The furniture just didn’t make sense to me, was too much for a small room like that, like to enclosed feeling.

Wall is very thin, at night we could hear when neighbors were talking.Road to parking area is very narrow.

Loved the warm welcome from reception, spacious room with comfortable beds, smelt lovely too, great selection at breakfast served by cheerful restaurant staff, great price and also close to town centre and railway station
