What Guests Loved

Pros +
- Friendly staff, fantastic beach just in 3 walking minutes from the premises, great breakfast, a lot of entertainment options for the kids, my 3 y.o loved the playroom and the cat robot in the canteen. Our room in the Fala house was rather small, but it was fine; it was clean and had a kettle.
- The spa area is very nice, and the location of the hotel is amazing, very quiet and close to the beach and the forest. The breakfast was also very good, with so many choices of food. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
- Exceptional
Cons -
- The building was poorly soundproofed, we could hear every small noise from other guests. At the playground attached to the Fala house there was no bank for the parents to sit down while the children are playing. Otherwise a great place to stay, thank you!
- The pool was definitely too cold, my son was vey sad because he couldn’t swim in. Our hotel room was not very comfortable, especially because of the old furniture and a very loud heater.
