Cons -
- We didn't like the room on the second floor without elevator. The hotel have two parts, one with elevator and another without it. I asked to get a room with elevator and their answer was that all Booking guest get the part without elevator. I felt like I was discriminated or second class guest. I couldn't find anything on the description of the hotel about elevators restrictions. And also, we didn't like the aptitud of some receptionist when we asked if they speak English. They seems piss off and the answer was "No only German".
- Changing towels once every five days seems to be too seldom
- the food intervals are very near to each other. some stuffs are not as polite.
