Hotel Dalia - Bankya

The hotel, the staff, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The room was really spacious, clean and just like it was shown by the photos. We were given coffee, water along with an electric water kettle to heat water. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and had lots of products you can use, such as shampoos, conditioners a hair dryer, etc.. The pool and the jacuzzi were amazing, it also had sauna but we decided not to use it. All in all everything was literally perfect!

welcome drink, kindness of the host, cleanliness, comfort ... beautiful hotel

we liked everything and it was very nice

Hotel has it's own miniral pool, cool. And the staff makes the towel as the swan is interesting.

The shower cabinet has broken front door and floor. Too much parfum smell and unnecessary decoration in the room.Hotel is on hillside fields, not easy to drive in.

Big room, clean and confortable. Very nice indor pool

Small access street for parking the car

Amazing romantic room and friendly host. Would definitely recommend :)

The bathroom a bit small in comparison. But good for a short stay.

Excellent interiors. Spacious. Clean. Good size pool. Friendly.

No elevator.

The hotel is very stylish and atypical. The room is big, extremely clean with a comfortable bed. There is a nice terrace looking towards the mountain. The pool is cosy with warm water. It's a perfect place for a romantic weekend. The family who owns the hotel is very kind and responsive to the needs of the clients. We had a wedding anniversary and I asked them for a romantic elements in the room. The bed was nicely decorated with swans and roses, and we had wine and strawberries. Many thanks! We will be back again. I highly recommend you.

Very kind staff. Room was quite spaceful and clean. The swimming pool was with a hot water.

The hotel wasn't on a walking distance from the center.

This beautiful little gem was a great choice for our business trip in Bankya, where we managed to combine work with pleasure. The hotel rooms were tastefully furnished and very comfortable and as the weather was getting chilly, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the heating was on, maintaining a perfect temperature. There was a spa in the hotel, but due to the daytime engagements, we could only use the jacuzzi, which was more than enough for us to relax after the busy day. I cannot praise the staff enough! Very attentive and helpful, they made sure our stay was safe and comfortable at all times. We wish to thank you for the warm welcome and to assure you that we definitely will be back.

Fairytale like rooms, one of the most beautiful ones we've been to. Perfect weekend getaway spot, the hosts go out of their way to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay! Extremely happy with the service and facilities - even though we were only able to enjoy the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi due to covid regulations, would definitely recommend! Spacious and bright room, super soft pillows.

The pool and jacuzzi were not overcrowded, used by just a few people

The room was very quiet and nice

People are very nice and helpful. Always looking to help me or to provide me extra help.

I missed the possibility of eating in the same hotel but for the rest it was perfect.

Everything very clean, the service is excellent, highly recommended to relax

Very comfortable and plush rooms, spa was great
