Close to the station.

Room wasn't very clean - I caught some kind of cold-like illness there also that took a fortnight to shake. Bathroom was one of those with combined toilet and shower hose, which I hate. Neighbourhood felt *extremely* edgy late at night. Hard to find hotel

Very close to train station, friendly staff who brought us a heater up to the room.Beds were comfortable. If you're going expecting a palace you will be disappointed, but has what you need for a good night's sleep.

it smelled of cigarettes, it was dirty, not cleaned, I'm not sure if the sheets were changed and washed, as some of the blankets that were in the wardrobe were dirty, and the bed cover had a stain

Weird decor and no fan or air con so was oppressively hot

The Hostel is old but it's not so bad.Although, I don't like the smelling in the room something like cigarette and mold.

Close to central bus and train station, a bit far from the very heart of Sofia tourist-wise. Beds were ok and it was silent and quite at night

When we got there the manager did not speak English and did not make any attempt in making us comfortable. She was angrily telling us that we had to pay, once that was done she just gave us the room keys and left. The bathroom was tiny and dirty, the lines were dirty. At checkout we asked if we could leave the backpack there for an hour while waiting for the bus and it's the first time I've been told no to such a common and easy thing.For this price there are many other better places in Sofia

The managee of the hotel is so rude and racist against muslims she refused to host us in her hotel and kick us out

Home made beds,no remote for TV. No facility to make a hot drink. Poor security tramps entered property at night was scary. Peeling wallpaper. No fire escape.. fleas. Very poor state of décor. .

The room was stone cold when I arrived. The heating was ancient and cold not warm the room above 13 degrees after 5 hours. I used all 3 blankets and left the heater on all night, and could not sleep. I started coughing and my nose was running for most of the night, so almost no sleep. Apart from that, the room smelled strongly of smoke, and its overall condition was badly degraded. The bedsheets were ancient and hardly washed, the tapestry was coming off the walls, and the window wouldn't fully close. For the price of 35BGN I've had much, much better conditions, like functioning heating.For most of the night my nose was running, I was coughing and freezing, therefore could not sleep. The ancient heater was on max all night, and it could not raise the room temperature above 14 degrees celsius.At the next morning I calmly explained all this to the landlady. She turned very unfriendly, said "This is not a hotel!!", ignoring my explanation that all properties should provide functioning heating, and went on to suggest it was my fault and that there had been no complaints before me. (Not true judging from the 1-star reviews on Google). When I explained to her I that I am moving out immediately, that will not risk falling ill due to the cold room, and that I am asking for a refund for the remaining stay, she turned even unfriendlier. She yelled "When it was too cold for yeh then why didn't you leave in the middle of the night, huh?!? I might have given you refund then!"Then she refused to speak further with me, refused to give refund, asked me for the keys and told me to leave. Although I had paid for the entire stay in advance.As said, this was my worst hostel experience to date.What can we do about this property? Fellow travellers need to be strongly warned about its desolate condition and that it cannot provide even functioning heating. I will go as far to suggest to flag it as inappropriate or to completely take it off...

I have never stayed in a worse accommodation than this one. Awful staff, no friendliness. no support, no kindness.The room wasn't warm by the time of my arrival on the 12.12.2021 at 9.00 p.m.No warm water for the whole period of the stay, though I have informed the lady, who was pretending to be a receptionist there.One of the windows in the room was broken and a large peace of glass was missing.The bed sheets were not clean, and so were the pillow cases.There wasn't even a trash can in the room.The second wall-plug was out of use.The TV remote control was out of use due to the old batteries in it.Documentation about the payment was out of the normal rules for it. The behaviour of the 2 anonymous ladies I went into a contact with was out of thr professional manners. I am highly disgusted with my stay in this accommodation.

Awful...., full of bedbuds,, dirty room, I entered at 1.00 and left at 4. 00 a.m. was impossible to stay more, I WANT REFUND
