Vitosha Park Hotel - Free Pool & Gym

There was noise in the early hours of the second night caused by other guests in neighboring rooms.

Breakfast, room, location

Thtere was not hot water late in the evening and early morning. Only one small trash can located in the bathroom.

The apartment is spacious and in good condition for this price.

The windows don’t have a net so you can’t open them at night if you don’t want mosquitoes. The pool is really deep and it’s not suitable for children plus there are swimmers all day training so it’s not your typical spa.

We have to pay for the wellness.

The hotel is large, clean, well-maintained, located in a park area next to a supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, university, public transport stops, a taxi is literally called from the hotel by pressing one button, room cleaning in the form of changing towels and bed linen was done every day, the breakfast was delicious

Breakfast was perfect! Excellent location with nice view of the student's town and the mountain. Very polite and helpful staff.

Nice hotel , easy to park , clean with a nice gym.

Terrible mattresses , sleeping in the them was an absolute nightmare.

It was positioned near our venue, and despite problems for taxi's due to 1 way systems, there were other bars, diners and casino's within walking distance.

Uber was great 7lv for 8 minute drive, but actual taxi's are unreliable and charged 30lv for same journey!! Couldnt get a kettle for our room to make a cup of tea.

The hotel was good overall but it could improve somethings. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The lobby and its staff were good.

It was far from the center, the internet was very bad, the pool was crowded and we didnt have access to all the spa(saunas and different baths) only in the pool and fitness. The breakfast didnt have enough selections.

The staff at the reception was kind. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The bathroom drain was blocked, and the flood reached to the hallway. I alerted the front desk, but unfortunately, the necessary measures were not taken to fix the damage during my stay. Breakfast starts at 7.30, which is relatively late for me.

The location is great and the breakfast I delicious.

My hotel room 620 was not cleaned good. Especially the bathroom, the toilet and the windows of my room were very dirty.

Staff very rude, room keeper very noisy. Not organized, rooms not clean, 1 of the rooms without soap and shampoo for the guest.On the reception i tried to ask a question, and the answer was go go go like he was saying to a dog, staff on the reception on the cellphone while o was asking a question.Very mediocre experience.

swimming pool and spa didn't work, on the reception they said it was working but when l went they just told that today is closed. Went for one night just to relax and went disapointant

The staff was really polite and positive

The lamp shades were stained, my TV did not work as it was old and did not have a receiver, I got a little electricuted by the cables. A staff member tried to fix it and he was really nice and polite, but he didn't succeed. All windows and shower cabin were smudged, I didn't find the carpets very clean either. I have ordered a French breakfasts which as per the hotel room service menu was described as different selection of pastries, juice and a coffee. I received completely different breakfast, cold eggs, ham, cheese, cucumbers, tomato and 4 cold tasteless pancakes. When I said to the room service staff that this is not what I have ordered they were confused and told me that they don't have any pastries, so I guess they just brought me whatever they have decided. In the morning at 7am the housekeeper stormed in the room getting ready to clean it. I was barely awake and I asked her why is she here at 7am, she told me the room should be empty according to her check list, I told her that 7 am is a bit early and she should at the bare least knock on the door before she opens it and she started waving some papers to me trying to show me that her check list shows this room is empty. That was really annoying and when I asked the girl behind reception desk about it she just made a face saying sorry, it's just the way out housekeepers are. She did check her list and said housekeeper was wrong but then she fastly moved her attention to the next guest waiting at reception desk. I found the swimming pool a bit cold and there was an extra price for sauna and steam bath. I really think this property has the potential but don't meet the standards.I did stay 2 days there because it was really convenient location and as I said some of the staff was really nice.

Was there for a business trip and parking was not an issue. Decent room, rich breakfast buffet

Spa had great facilities and good value. Reception staff particularly friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with great shower.

As a vegan, breakfast was very limited. Had to buy Coconut milk from the bar to take in to the breakfast room. No hot breakfast as a vegan. limited fruit. Fridge in room which was good but had to go out and buy water.

Easy to find. Big room. Big parking lot.

Found many bugs in the room. Talked to the receptionist and he came with a cup to pick the bugs we indicated. Later we found more bugs 5 in total so far and again he came and picked the bugs we indicated. Asked to change room but no rooms available. Went up and found 2 more bugs which we picked and kept under a glass for "pets". Booked another hotel for our second night, asked for a refund and left next morning.

Location and gym

No hot water for shower and the gym closed earlier than time on gym door. Also gym times not late enough. 9pm too early.

Friendly and very helpful bar staff. The food at the restaurant was great.

I found the lack of a rubbish bin in the room inconvenient, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room.The shower tended to be cold in the evening.
