Room is small

I stay at the hotel many times over the years. Excellent location. Staff was always helpful. This time the water wasn't hot at all one night only one night about 11pm. Staff tried to correct but couldn't. Water was hot in the morning. I was given a discount for this issue. I felt this was generous.

1 hot shower issue....

We were a bit stranded in the rain w/o a hotel that evening, and luckily this place had room and the staff were accomodating. It's in a perfect location in Sofia on the main strip, walkable to everything. There is parking down the street.

The lobby is a bit ugly, but other than that everything was good!

The hotel is in a very central location, conveniently close to the subway. It is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast options are limited to a menu selection and include only one cup of orange juice and coffee. The pillows and bed are quite hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Communication with staff at times was challenging as they do not understand English. Kettle and coffee-making facilities are not available in the room, which is typically expected in a 4-star hotel. This establishment does not meet the standards of a 4-star rating. Additionally, it should be noted that the shower door and cubicle are made of see-through glass, which may not suit everyone.

Breakfast really could do better. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Perfect placing, nice rooms and bathrooms and overall a very polite staff, every inch of the property spotless and great location.

Small lobby, no breakfast buffet (and the menu left a bit to be desired).

Location, young male reception staff was super! Gave us advice and sorted a restaurant booking for us.

Breakfast......staff miserable and rude.Breakfast we didn't get what was on the menu.....no olives no mushrooms....cold eggs.....horrible

Great location on main pedestrian street.

Hotel is outdated. Shower tiles were full of dirt and bloated ground had pushed many tiles up so they were slipping out of place and sharp edged. Windows in Executive Suite 62 could not be opened and air in room was very stuffy with no fresh air. Shower ran out of hot water on second morning after 1 minute. Reception staff was changed every day on a 4 day stay and were not helpful or attentive. On first morning, was promised I would have a to go breakfast - but it wasnt there. The second morning i came to breakfast and restaurant wasnt informed of my vegan mealrequest and couldnt really help me. My colleagued stayed in same area in nicer hotel and it was 30% cheaper.

The location was perfect--smack dab in the middle of everything. The view from my room was peaceful

The hotel had clearly been nice in the past but was shabby and well worn now, My room was not very clean and the bed and pillows were hard and flat, respectively. The breakfast experience was uncomfortable. The waitress was not happy with her job. The food was acceptable but not generous, "One cup of tea or coffee" etc.

The wall separating the bathroom area and the bedroom is transparent glass; no personal privacy. (including the toilet)

Hotel ist very central and easy to get to. The staff in the hotel were very kind.

Some mould in the bathroom. No way to get some fresh air in the room since the windows does not open.Only one key to the room since they wer lack of extra cards.Breakfast was too expensive for what you get and the options on the menu are not what you actually get.

The room was slightly noisy, especially as we were located near the elevator. It was tricky to sleep some nights.

- excellent positioning in the city center, on the pedestrian street full of shops and excellent terraces- big room, superb decoration, very large and comfortable bed- the staff at the reception very kind

- insufficient staff preparing and serving breakfast

The location was good and even in this very lively street I had no noise in my room during my stay.

The 1st morning I came 10:05 am for brekfast and the waitress rejected to give me a paid breakfast because I was 5 minutes late. Good service and hospitality looks different.

The bathroom became a pool during/after taking a shower, the toilett was very small and low for tall people, the rum had too many decorations, colors, lamps,… but no kettle for hot water for tea or coffee and a bit high price (108eu/room)

Great location! Easy to get to the airport and train station. Quiet and comfortable rooms.

Location . The young lady checked me in and out was excellent and service oriented .

Though i did not book for breakfast with my room . I had breakfast on the last day of my stay and did not like the meal .and the price .

Location was great, in the heart of the pedestrian walking area and city center. The tub was amazing!
