Just the location and price.

No breakfast option, despite being written on a sign hanging above the reception. Ceiling in bathroom in a very bad shape with mold. Small sheets that didn't cover the bed properly. Weird air conditioner. Feels like the whole hotel is not being maintained properly.

I liked the location, the room size, and the fact that everything you need is nearby, the cleaning lady comes every day and asks you if you need anything

What I didn't like is how they interact with you I can understand that there are some language barriers, but that doesn't explain why they don't try to make you satisfied with your stay, I had an AC problem and they told me they can't change my room and they can't do anything about it which was really strange

Bed was comfy.

Toilet smells so bad. Ventilation in bathroom is absolutely not enough. Smell comes possibly through the ventilation. I mean it is a systematic problem.

Will never ever eepeat it again

Everything Receptionist was an old lady and hardly spoken English. She was not polite and can’t talk to guests. AC was bad an dirtyBed and bathroom were also dirtyNo breakfast as well even no paid breakfast option

the fridge and the fan were loud, there was bad smell in the shower, the bed was not comfortable

Nothing they cancelled my booking late in the morning,I arrived and no room it has been given to another customer.

A totally unreliable hotel, I don't recommend it at all. I booked a room with no prepayment needed (payment on site), when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist simply told me that a client came before me, he gave money so he's been given the room!. They only sent a message on booking at 11am !!

Absolutely fantastic.

Wonderful staff. Lovey facilities. And close enough to the airport that you can sleep in just a bit more. It was a lovely stay.

Clean room, comfy beds and good location for the train station.

The location was key for me. It was so easy to get to and from the Central Bus Station. The host directed me to a delightful restaurant. I slept well in the comfortable bed and left early for the bus.

The location is very comfortable, it was very close to central part and to the central bus station.

There was strange smell in the room, like before someone had smoked. We opened the door on the balcony but it didn't help. The style of the room was old, but unfortunately it was not so clean, especially in the bathroom. The old AC automatically turn on and you can't to turn off it, when you placed card for electricity.

Terrible customer service

They billed me for one night instead of the two my reservation was for. Instead of admitting their mistake, they called me a child for not having noticed, putting the responsibility on me. The manager got called. He briefly yelled at me over the phone and then hung up. Terrible customer service

Close to downtown and the bus and train station . Okay for 1 night stay. Room was big. Price was cheap. Hallway are and room was clean

WiFi did not reach room on the 3rd floor. Had to go in the stairwell on the 1st floor to be able to get WiFi . Room was worn down but clean. No window in bathroom and issue with what could look like mold in the corners of the ceiling over the bathtub in the bathroom of the room I got and a musty smell in the bathroom .

The receptionist was not professional.

Great location

The room smelled like cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. Staff was not polite and we had problem with our card. It couldn’t open the door, so we went to the reception to ask for a solution. They told us there’s no other card available for the room, so the receptionist gave me her personal staff code to open my room. It felt weird that she gave me the code as it seemed that it opens all doors at the hotel. We didn’t feel safe and comfortable and we left the same day.

room was lovely, spacious and confortable, balcony was a plus and beautiful showerroom

there was Camolmile tea with the kettle but no coffee sachets ( I dont drink tea) so some 2 or 3 in one coffee sachets would have been a plus.No clear explanation how to get electric in room. Never knew needed to slot keycard in a device near the door until asked at reception. Couldnt book in early even though I asked if possible as coach had me in sofia at 10am and been travelling since 5am

3 night and he didn't clean our rooms. We speak with the reception and he told us the prioryty has the rooms what leaving....

Mattress and pillow full of fleas. Because of this, I got help from the pharmacy. Ointments for the area that was totally swollen. Even though the receptionist looked at my back area, they didn't think it was necessary to apologize. Instead, I should be happy that they gave me another room. Bottomless impudence!!!! In the two days they didn't clean the two rooms that I booked and paid for, even though we were at the reception several times.

It was nice that it was centrally located and you could see Vitosha Mountain from the window.

The room was very dirty, the bathroom drain was clogged, I cleaned other people's black hair by throwing up and went into the shower like that. The woman at the reception had a very sulky face. There were cigarettes that other customers had stubbed out on the wall on the balcony. The noise of the elevator and air conditioning kept us up all night. The knock-knock sound of the elevator's engine mechanism was right in front of the door. We turned the air conditioning off many times, but it still turned on by itself and shook the room over and over again with a loud noise. Gurrrr gurrr gırrrrrr !!!!!

Good location and price. Kettle with tea and coffee was available in the room, which is perfect for that kind of weather. Spacious bed.

Blanket was not very clean. It was a bit cold in the room - heating could have worked better.
