The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are polite and courteous. Highly recommended!

You need to find parking on your own, but there is always enough space available around the hotel.

The price-quality of the room is solid: for 89 euros, I my partner and I gained a room with breakfast included in a good location. Furthermore, the staff is quite helpful, as we had issues with our taxi driver and they helped us out by providing solutions.

The room is not entirely soundproof from the hallway, which - if you are an early sleeper - can be sometimes disturbing, as you can hear people in the hallway.

Great location in the center of Sofia, nice breakfast with many options. Stayed there a few times this summer between trips and the staff was always helpful and polite. Would stay there again when I go to Sofia.

The staff was very nice and helpful and really went out of their way to help. The location is good, a few minutes walk to Vitusha Blvd and a metro station.Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice.

During our stay the elevator didn't work for 2 days which was really annoying. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too bad.

Although the hotel is a little outdated, it was extremely clean in all areas, including public spaces. Our room was very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Location was perfect for 1 night stay, right in the middle of the city center, walking distance from plenty dining options. Wide selection of breakfast items very tasty. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel could use some renovation, as it feels a bit dated (early 2000s), but it is very well maintained and clean, so this did not bother us.

The location of the hotel is great. It is a 1 minute walk from Vitosha blvd, which is really convenient. The staff was kind, trying to help with the requests. However, it would be better if they were more proactive to provide some hints regarding the public transport and local tour companies when they have a price list on their desk which I have noticed after 3 days staying at the hotel, etc.

The room smells damp, it was old repaired, and the furniture and doors were worn and torn. It was obvious that the owners are not investing in the hotel as even the outdoor sign's lights were working on some letters only.The towels were not of good quality, and on some days they were not being changed.Breakfast could be better. E.g. the plain yogurts with chia seeds were sweetened, the cappuccino from the machines was sweetened, like you have no choice.Also, there was a small incident at my checkout - the staff told me that I have used mineral water from the mini bar, when I haven't used anything. The receptionist handled it somehow, but it was unpleasant situation.

The location was very good. Walked to many places nearby, All the main attractions and sights. The rest is an easy bus or tram ride away.The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The room was very nice as well.There is a good breakfast, solid selection and good food.

Upon check in air condition was very noisy in the room so we should change the room.Telephone in the rooms are not connected with the reception so if you need anything you should go down to the reception each time !!!!!!!!!We spend a full night in the hot weather of July without aircondition.Reception respond after many contacts was very bad and said we can't do anything till tomorrow, second day gabi from reception tried to help and informed the management .I tried to meet the manager 4 times for two days but was not possible as he is always not thereI send 2 e- mails to the hotel and they finally offered me a discount on my next stay in the hotel which will never happen as I am not sure if i will go to Sofia again and if I will go sure I will not stay in this hotel again

Very well located in central Sofia…very nice breakfast…easy access to the pedestrian street with all the restaurants and the price was very good

Two things1. The A/C was barely functioning 2. The shower arrangement was quite silly..the plexiglass doesn’t cover anything so water goes on the floor I told them that and understand they are renovating that room

I have been staying at this hotel for the last three years. I love the location, the good breakfast and the friendly staff.

We had a nice stay. Great location and good breakfast with a nice spread of savory and sweets.

The room was not so clean, there was dust on furniture. Moreover, the AC was not working properly, the room was hot and it was difficult to stay with the window open since it was noisy outside.

The location, breakfast was yummy, the receptionists seemed friendly, smiling.

We booked an apartment with a matrimonial bed, 2 twins and a couch because we are a family of six but the couch was useless; you cannot sleep on it . I also did not see it in the pictures of the selected room

Terrific location, next to Vitosha boulevard, and yet quiet. Welcoming staff. Good value for money.
