Cleanless, breakfast and personel
Mattress was too bad
breakfast was very good, also the location of the hotel is very central for studentski and easy access from metro and bus stations. Very close to NV Tower. Great for business trips and such. Showers are also good.
Cleanliness could be better. Visible stains on the sides of the toilets and the towels. some bleaching might help.

Reasonably priced, fast check-in and chek-out
Elevators are old and tired, not a lot of places to eat around, cheap materials used while renovating (doors, for instance)
We arrived to the hotel at the end of our trip (last 3 days) and we ordered 2 rooms. when we got the hotel we figuer out that the hotel do not have connected door. Violeta the woman who had at the reception found out a solution for us and upgrade us to the suite with no extra charge.very pleasant staff that always want to help. there is a big supermarket 1 minute walking near the hotel and there is free parking

Nothing it was awful we picked a soundproof room and it was not soundproof all we heard was the traffic outside. The air con was coming out warm we told reception and they said open the window which was on a busy road

Nice location near airport and 15min driving distance from downtown and the reception lady is absolutely gorgeous
