- It was an affordable hotel in a place near a lot of interesting sites. We felt the staff were helpful and nice. They had free coffee and water in the lobby. The rooms were a decent size. The bathroom was good as well.
- Very spacious room, I know the staff, very kind 24hours open reception, very big flat Tv, there is air-conditioning and central heat radiator, centre top location, quiet place! Nice price!
- The room was ok, friendly staff, good location, overall, excellent value for money
Cons -
- This hotel would be a million times better if it did not smell very strongly of cigarette smoke. This is probably my only complaint, but unfortunately it is a big one. The room they put us in was heavily coated in years of cigarettes. Our clothes smelled like it for days afterwards.
- Nothing!
- The bathroom tiles and amenities were a little bit wore down, but nothing serious

Nice and comfortable hotel. Everything you need! It is on the centre and has 24hours a reception. There is a lift for the second and third floor. The staff is really nice, there is three coffee from a coffee machine (not powder coffee) and free water containers.
There were problem with the cable TV and Internet has problems. No terrace. The bath belongings are not separate small bottles of 30-50ml for using but fixed big economy 250 ml plastics ones.
Very good location and the ladies at the reception are very kind.
There was a big electric problem in the whole road where the hotel is located, but even if we do not consider this exceptional event we can say that it is not a very good hotel.
I visit any time I need to stay overnight in Sofía. Great location. Coffee machine and water fountain for free in the lobby.
Nothing to complain.
Great location in the heart of Sofia. The room was fine for me. Clean and spacious enough. Great value for money. You can get water or tea at the reception for free, which is nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.
You can hear your neighbors if they speak loudly.
Location, staff
Separately beds
Location was great for city explorer, close to center but distant enough to be private.
Hotel is a bit aged, bed was too softy, and bed sheets and towels were a bit run down. Also bathroom was a bit rusty. No breakfast served.
Perfect location near city center and metro station. People working there are very nice and friendly. Room size is very decent, mini fridge is nice to have in the room. Excellent coffee for free in the reception.
Rooms are getting old, but yet in decent condition. There was annoying noise in my room from some AC or ventilation, but that noise was only during the day and it did not disturb my sleep at night.
The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The checkout is rather late which is fine for some people.
There is no on-premise parking. There is a paid one relatively close to the hotel, it costs 25 leva for 24 hours. Some of the facilities are a bit old but work just fine.
Beautiful room in a nice quiet neighborhood. Friendly 24h reception. The fancy shower was a nice bonus.
+Good room size for three. +Good location for sights and restaurants. +Receptionist. +Pretty much unbeatable price for a stay like this in the city.
-The toilet paper is the kind that rips all over the place and definitely not cleanly at all. You end up wasting some abstract shapes that cannot be "utilized". -Not a drop of soap in the dispenser inside the shower box, so it was necessary to jump out to get it from the hand washing/sink area which was a minor inconvenience. -Cigarette stench came in the room through a certain part of the night. Either through the bathroom ventilation or the corridor. ::A lesson to other travelers (not directly related to the hotel, but this might be helpful when you visit).Taxi from the airport to this hotel is the most convenient way to arrive. I, generally speaking, recommend it. However, it can go well or ... not so well. The first time I visited the place, I took the Yellow! taxi (company name) and the ride cost around 15-20levas(half that in euros) from the airport to this very hotel. This time... I had to try the yellow taxi (color of the car, not company). There was a guy right in front of the line of Yellow! taxis (company) and seemed like one of those guys, who just points to your taxi. He, however, was the driver of a yellow taxi (color of the car) that belongs to a company called "OK supertrans" (OK as here, the rest in Cyrillic). Now, I knew this was not recommended, but I was curious and away we went. The drive went without an incident, nothing to complain. Then came the time to pay. The driver demanded nearly 80levas! Obviously I would not have it knowing how much it should cost. I challenged the driver so hard he forgot he spoke English and with the help of phone translation, he folded and I was not majorly ripped off. If you were wondering what the difference between the officially promoted taxi company and the scammy competition is, it's four times the charge. Hopefully this story is helpful to you all.
The staff were all very friendly! The location was very close to many walkable sights in Sofia and for being "downtown," the hotel was quite quiet. It was affordable as well
The hotel can use some updating. New flooring in the rooms (old carpet) would be nice and the shower didn't work so great, but we were able to get clean nonetheless
Very nice and friendly staff. we traveled for our honeymoon and the hotel provided us a little surprise, which was really nice and romantic
The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, all the main sights are within walking distance.
Cleanliness could be improved a little, but nothing major. Not criticism, just something to be aware of: Prior to the stay I received some messages by scammers who pretended to be acting on behalf of the hotel. From the messages it was quite obvious that they were a scam. The hotel quickly notified me about the attempted scams.
Fantastic friendly staff especially Isabelle. Great location. Big comfortable room. Free coffee.
Needs updating.
Quiet, central location
Uncomfortable bed, cheap mattress and pillowsUnwelcoming/rude reception staff
Good stay at heart of Sofia. Building of the hotel is quite cosy, high ceilings. Nothing to complain.
Very good place: Big room, clean, very friendly staff and extremely good location!
