No good for cooking - 0 appliances, but perfect for short-term stays! I wish I stayed longer :D Late check in through the gate is a great cherry on top! Perfect for late night airport travellers such as myself - you basically get a whole villa.

Parked my car just meters to my apartment's entrance.The apartment was huge. 2 big rooms in 2 floors and a back yard. I stayed with my dog and the area had nice walking paths.

The infrastructure is old and requires permanent maintenance but everything functions well. No complaints.

was our second stay, we enjoyed it again.we love the fact they have a pet-friendly policy and they have great parking. the lady at the reception is wonderful.

they need mosquito nets at windows and proper sheets (the size of the bed).

We stay in this hotel since several years already when we visit Sofia. Very convenient location, right at the exit from the ring. We always stay in the small houses, parking is in front and very convenient. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, living room and a second bathroom downstairs. Friendly staff and service.

Facilities are still OK but show their age and use year after year, the furniture and staircase are also in a need of repair.

that they don't include breakfast. it's nice to have a place to have a quick start of the day with a coffee amd something to get you going. of course, we knew there was no breakfast available before booking, it's maybe something to add.

It's big and a bit modern

It's far from center, no free pool, not clean, so it was possible to get something with half the price!

Very quiet and peaceful

Non-smoking rule is apparently not enforced. Room smelled terribly, all my clothes, too. The ashtray in the living room invited to smoke inside

Good price for what they offer. The room is very spacious and for one night is a good hotel.

The complex is old but if they will renovate in the future, this will be a great place to stay

Tired and in need of a refurb

It was really good,suite was enough big and was ready for us ,climate and etc,park place front of houses .everything was good ,thanks and its not really long distance with main ways.

Nothing, the place was so dismal and depressing we absolutely had to leave after only 1 night of a 3 night booking.

Construction noise from very close by. There is no English translated menu by the pool restaurant. Place is absolutely falling apart, unkept, and not maintained to any standard. It's not even a 1 star hotel. There was no air-conditioning in one of our two bedrooms during 35C temperature. There are literally too many other things to list. We felt completely conned by unwarranted positive reviews for this horrible accommodation.

The check in/ check out was very easy.they speak english. You also have a restaurant , not to fancy but with good prices. Overall was very nice.i was there în transit, just one night.the room was very big.you also have a living room.parking is private wich is very nice.you have a garden. Plenty of spate,etc

The size of the place. It's very big and cheap for the price, but it's very dirty and it doesn't feel like its worth it. The garden was nice and very green.

This is the second time I visit Gloria Palace and the first time, the place was filthy and I thought it was just my flat. I requested for the hoover as I didn't want to put pressure on the cleaner or anyone else there, so I cleaned the flat myself. I hoovered and had to wipe the couch in the living-room downstairs as it was soaked with people's sweat through the period of different people staying in there. It's very easy, the temperatures get as high as 40c, the sofas being leather, people sweating that leather soaks all of it and it stinks, well it was worst the second time, not just the couch but the whole flat. I requested for the downstairs of the flat to be cleaned, hadn't seen the second floor in daylight, and they were nice to clean it, but just hoover. It was so dusty and dead bugs and flies all over the place.I don't think that people should request for the flat to be cleaned, it's pure common sense for a business to check its assets before they're rented to the next person and/or people, but not here. It feels like people don't care. Not much has been invested into these flats I'm guessing since they were built as they're falling apart. Leaking bathroom sinks, leaking shower cubicles, moldy ceiling tiles and broken bits and pieces. I thought that this would of been just the first flat I rented the first time, but no, this is the way they operate at Gloria Palace. It could be such a lovely place, but it needs work and attention.The other very irritable issue that I experienced this time is that, the hotel or club has a restaurant for the hotel/club, but they had booked a wedding or a birthday for the whole of the 3 days that I was there pretty much that restaurant was off limits for hotel customers.

Cleanness of the room, large size windows, silent heater/airco.Super big size - In reality these were bungalows and not rooms, besides, they were over 2 floors.Comfortable beds.

The value for the service with nice parking option was fine. The rooms (houses) are quiet big and comfort for one or more days stay. The staff was kind and supportive. There was renovation to the garden outside ongoing.

Overall cleanliness was very unpleasant. The property at all is worn out.The restaurant was not prepared to provide us some options from the menu.

The hotel is pretty clean , have parking lot, the staff is amazing, the restaurant is above average. Over all it was great experience

It was clean and heated before arrival. It was very comfortable, and the staff is great and very helpful. The place also has a private fee parking for guests. Great value for the money.

Comfortable, parking

We were here iin august and we had kithen in the apartment. Now, for booking the same, we didint jave kitchen. In restaurant didnt give us anything of the kithne equiiment, no plate, no spoon
