Jasmin Hotel

Breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable. No smoke smell in room!

The hotel is well located, the center and Business park are easy to access by car. It is very quiet, with a view to Sofia. There are sufficient park places, staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean.

Nice, spacious room and clean. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the coffee was okay.

The parking lot gets very crowded on weekend nights, so you might have to park outside the designated area.

The room was very big and cosy, the bedroom had a double doors which you could close to separate. I found this useful as i had to work late and the others could sleep. Comfy beds, very well placed and thought. The restaurant across the road had really good food, it's part of the same company i think, they allowed us to bring back to the room a lemonade bottle as the lids wanted one more and i had a meeting to be in. Highly recommend the food there and the atmosphere.

They did not have lactose free/vegetal milk, i am lactose intolerant, but i still want a coffee with some kind of milk. It's a small adjustment which i know notice.

A quite place, large free parking lot. The nearby restaurant also called Jasmin, is fantastic - in terma of service, food quality and location.

The rebted room bathroom was ok, but it looks like it needs already some renovation. Though it was not smelly and it was clean.

The hotel is really nice in the quiet neighborhood, beds are comfy, it's clean, breakfast is good.

A bit noisy the road near the hotel, but only if one wants to let the window open, as I did. With the windows closed, there should be no noise.

Lovely hotel in Sofia. The staff were very welcoming and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection. The location in the hills is quiet and scenic, with direct access to the mountains—great for hiking or nature walks. On-site parking was very convenient. Will return.

Nice, simple, and clean hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. Convenient on-site parking is available, including a few spots with electric chargers. The hotel offers a good standard breakfast. There's also a restaurant across the road and a minimarket next to the parking. Our family room exceeded expectations, featuring a separate parents' room. The location is pleasant; while the neighborhood itself is unremarkable, the view includes lovely, forested green hills.

The carpets had some minor, barely noticeable stains that could likely be cleaned. While the bathroom was a bit dated, the rest of the room appeared renovated. I believe the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but this wasn't an issue for us as we were on the first floor.

Location - easy access by bus or car, great views towards the mountain, peace and quiet. Room has everything what you need.

The hotel isn't near the center. We didn't mind it, but may be helpfull for others.

1 night stay but we asked for joined rooms and they helped us out.

Was is a quiet suburb of the city. Close to mini market. Large bath. Complimentary water in the mini fridge. Mini bar items, coffee, etc. available from machines in lobby.

No complaints at all. Met all my expectations.

Beds were comfortable, clean rooms, big, reception 24/7.

They are mentioning a gym on their website but actually it's just a room with a couple of weights, cardio machines not working at all. So you should not consider that when booking.

Breakfast was satisfying. Personnel were usually helpful. The location is 10 km away from center. You can use bus line 67 to arrive the city. the jasmin restaurant next to the hotel was successful. wifi connection was good. Supermarket is very near to the hotel.

Clean room, nice and helpful staff.

The sounds coming from a bathroom during the night were a bit anoying. It sounded like a water from a tab was on and off occasionally and this could be fixed for a better stay.
