Best Western Plus Lozenetz Hotel

The hotel is renovated and it looks new. Rooms are clean.

The breakfast is quite poor, it needs improvement. Also the isolation of the rooms is not good, you could hear noises from other rooms.

The room is compact with basic facilities; location is bit awy from the city attractions; breakfast was good.

Our stay at Lozonetz Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is professional and helpful, and the breakfast is sufficient to start the day. Some aspects feel more like a strong 3-star than an upscale 4-star, but overall it delivers comfort and good service. I would recommend it, especially for short stays in Sofia.

Because our room was on the top floor, the bathroom had a low ceiling and a column that you could easily bump your head on, which made it feel quite small compared to the otherwise spacious room.

The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient, close to the city center and the National Palace of Culture. The rooms were a decent size. The parking area was small, but it was a relief to have one since finding a spot in this neighborhood is difficult.

The cleaning staff’s room was next to ours, and they were very noisy throughout the day. There was also a window sill outside our room that made loud, irritating sounds whenever it rained. It would be better to use materials that don’t amplify every drop like that. The electrical work was poor, with exposed and shorted wires visible under the fridge from the LED lighting. These may be limited just to our room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was disappointing and quite limited.

I have noticed some cobwebs in the bedroom. Not bad for me, but it is worth mentioning it because helping to have more detailed cleaning checklists.

The hotel room was clean and everything looked good for the exception of the coffee maker. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice with lots of food options. The hotel was a short walk away from the subway station.

The coffee maker in our room was a nice model, but the inside of it’s water reservoir seemed to be moldy.

Very narrow parking lots. In the morning, the cleaning ladies were making a lot of noise on the corridor. There was no activity available in the hotel.

I like the room very much, we was 4 and it was comfortable but there was 2 single beds and one big bed, i prefer 2 big beds.

Air conditioner was very loud, could not sleep. The breakfast was not very good.

I was planning to work from the hotel room. But presumably there was AC problem on the whole first floor(that didn’t get fixed by the end of my visit) I had to sleep on an open window, but during the morning it was 27 C. They suggested a ventilator… sure that will work for southern room. I had to change all my plans. Also I honestly think the AC is being controlled centrally and they can fix it they just want their electricity bill down.
