The room size

It was very dirty with mold im the bathroom and a lot of dust.Very poor breakfast

Everything, besides one lady from the staff.

The lady with the dark hair on the day of my arrival at your hotel at the reception. She was rude, unpolite, scrolling her eyes wile speaking and very much unhelpful. The guy in the evening and the blond lady were awesome!

The room floor was dirty and somehow, there were some seeds of some sort scattered around. They were the same color at the carpet and did not show up until they needed the bed. (1st night)

Good rooms and facility.

The receptionist promised that we will be able to keep our cars at the parking lot almost the whole next day with eventual charge. The next shift receptionist said whole different thing - you need to pay a stay in a room in order to have your cars at the parking lot.

The room/bed was ok for a very short night. Price/performance is just about acceptable

The breakfast was a bad joke.Coffee machine broken and the food consisted of scanty leftovers

The location is a big problem if you rely on public transport to get to the city center. The breakfast was poor and the coffee machine did not function properly

Clean functional hotel for the money.

Location. It was a bit far out and diections using public transport could have been better. Public transport was actually quite good. Hotel sign did not stand out so was difficult to spot.

Great location and great value for money. Third time stayong in this hotel. The parking is huge advantage.

The hotel had its own safe parking lot. The receptionists were nice.

There is not a really a lot of options for the breakfast. The windows are not closed properly so you really hear the sounds from outside. The rooms were not really clean. I would definitely not recommend this one for a family trip.

Has a parking space. Clean sheets and towels. Friendly staff.

Old furniture. Strange old curtains. The floor carpet was extremely dirty and you could see the dust coming off around.

The parking was not provided as it was promised. When I came late in the night, all parking places on hotel's parking was not free and administrator force me to park outside the facility's parking alongside Sienovsko shosse on the parking that is marked as a private parking of another facility. Always choosed Brod before because they had a free parking spots but now I likely will not choose it if it will be necessary.

location is easy to find and there was enough space on the parking. The hotel was quite quiet. It looks new. The price was very competitive.

There was barely warm water in the shower. The second day was a bit better but we cannot call it hot water. The breakfast was so-so.

Very pleasant receptionist, clean apartment. Been there only for a night.

Prices in Sofia are generally a bit high, but at least we had an option to pay at the property, which only a few of them had at the moment of booking.

The Location.

The window was not able to be closed properly which allowed the wind to enter the room and the noise from the cars outside was noticeably loud. The breakfast was setup once, and later nobody show to refill the trays when they become empty. Other guests were coming and had nothing to eat!

The room was ok, The location, apart from the busy, noisy road is good. Easy to get to and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, mainly in the student grad.On-site free parking is good.

There is carpet but it was dusty. I have a housedust allergy and it was bad. The room was hot so for both these things I wanted to open the window, but outside there is a very busy and very noisy road. This in turn meant that sleeping was near on impossible. I had about one hour sleep.

Near the city center, safe and free parking.The breakfast was very varied and of good quality!We will definitely come back.

The sleeping mattress was a bit soft...
