Good location. Great breakfast. Gym, sauna, spa

Room was too warm and could not be cooled

Location in the central part of the city, only a few minutes walk from the pedestrian zone and points of interest (heritage buildings, museums, restaurants and shops) and garage as extra value. As a family of 5 we had 2 rooms, the same floor, one even with small kitchen facilities.

Staff at the reception are so professional specially the guys handling the parking was so smooth and fast Location is perfect and room was clean

You should mention before booking that the parking cost 22 euros per night which is half the price of the night itself

all was ok part the room that was a litlle beat noice around him at night and also,there is sounds of the water in the next room.part of that,breakfast was good and location was the best.

air conditioner is only warm.

We stayed in January. The room was hot. The shower had a large radiator, so it was warm. This is the first hotel I've stayed at in 10 years with proper heating.

Rooms are kind of old, they were clean but not so good, actually in our room we didn’t have a phone because they forgot to install it

i am comming few times a year to central hotel.this was my first time in the new building.it was very hot in the room so i had to open the window on all my stay...and the noice from the street was bed on the weekend.part of that,all was ok.location is great.

in the new building the rooms are small and the aircondition work only for heating..if its warm day,you must l;eave the window open and then,you have noice from the street.

The standard double room had a great open view and felt cozy and inviting. The tall windows let a lot of light in and make the room feel spacious. The smart TV made it easy to have a constant backdrop of soft music which, along with the lighting, really adds to the room's vibe. The bathroom was spotless and the beds were soft and comfortable. Cleaning ladies would enter the room daily to make the beds and leave us with clean and warm towels. Breakfast was delicious and had a rich selection of everything a visitor would expect from a proper hotel. All in all a great stay and a great value.

I would have preferred if no one from the staff stepped in the room with shoes on as this can make the carpet dirty which is uncomfortable to think about, but I realize this isn't always possible in a hotel room.

It’s a decent hotel with basic facilities. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and humble. Even the location was just perfect.

Nothing much but it would have been nice to have more variety in the breakfast.

The towels were very old.Not enough light in bathroom. It was almost impossible to shave.The breakfast was so so, the sun side up eggs were like stones.The juice was very bad.The spa start working late.

Hotel is far from being a 4 start hotel. Very dated room, shower it self was small, only one tube that is all - soap shampoo in a menthol smell and no other amenities … small table that was unstable and more. not at all what i was expecting from a 4 star hotel

Good hotel, we didn't spend much time in it just came to sleep at the end of the day. Breakfast was good, and as a whole not very expensive, like all things in Sofia before they change to Euro.

Mattress wasn't very comfortable, and the walls were thin, you could hear people in the other rooms when they opened their water and things like that.

The place and the room are amazing. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. Hotel placed in the center and everything was closed.

Air condition didn't worked and the noise from outside is terrible.

Only 1 chair is available in the room. A chair for the desk below the tv area would be great.

A bit outdated hotel, the room we stayed in was average:The entrance door to the room did not slam properly, the kitchenette was low quality, the safe was not fixed.There are no spa facilities.

The location was just a short distance from the Central bus station, and all public transportation was extremely convenient. Buy the transportation card as it is a bargain for all modes of transporation located just out the front door! The breakfast was super outstanding, with any kind of food selection one could imagine. The waiters kept the tables prepared, and all food dishes replenished.

The young man that greeted us the first night was so rude, even though we called ahead of time to alert the front desk of the bus delays. However, the following times when we talked to others at the front desk they were very nice and totally professional.
