Adella Boutique Hotel - Free Secured Parking

Very clean Staff very helpful Restaurant on site Free parking Price was great Free upgrade, Wifi free

Good location near my office.

Breakfast not included in taste. No cleaning in 3 nights that I stayed there

Clean , all the facilities available, great staff and friendly .

No variety for breakfast.

It's great that these is secure off street parking included in the price.

We had to leave early for a flight. It would be nice if there was some kind of "grab and go" breakfast.

The staff,the restaurant,the room itself.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff very friendly and always helpful. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend Adella to anyone going to Sofia!

It was a short walk from the subway, but that just meant we got extra steps in everyday!

> Easy communication with the staff> Parking garage> Clean room> We received a small gift at the checkout :)

> I've found a small piece of broken glass on the floor, but we were lucky to not step on it

Well maintained room, relatively quiet neighborhood.

The sofa is not convenient at all for sleeping. So if you are a family of more than two it would be challenge for the ones that will sleep on the sofa.

Excellent hotel - great customer service! Slept very peacefully and loved the modern room. A special shoutout to Bojidar at front desk who’s super helpful.

It is very clean, there is Italian restaurant next to the lobby and food was great. Fast and professional service.

Spacious and clean room. Hotel is located within walking distance of some good restaurants. The staff was very polite and accommodated our requests (early check-in, late check-out). The underground free parking was a big plus.

We stayed very briefly, arrived late night and left in the morning. Check in was simple, the closed parking very convenient. The room was a small apartment, clean and well equipped.

Very clean rooms, nice location, friendly staff.

The mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable…at least they could offer different types of pillows to make it more pleasant for their guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed: everything felt fresh and comfortable. We especially appreciated the private balcony, which made the space feel even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The coffee was strong and delicious—just how I like it. And receiving farewell chocolates was such a thoughtful touch that made our departure even sweeter. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and welcoming place to stay.

The Free parking, the modern room, the confortable bed, excelent Wi-Fi, superb restaurant!!

Everything was like in the pictures, excellent service and great clean room. Good location with option for free parking during your stay.

Spacious modern cleen room. Helpful people at the front desk. Will be back.

The pillows were too small.

Staff was accommodating to requests and early check in, even including room upgrade. Great experience.

Secured, underground parking. 24 hour reception. Big room. Good shower.

Not a single chair to sit in. We had to bring in an outside stool from the balcony. There was no place to sit a laptop or a desk. We had to sit it on top of the refrigerator cabinet and just stand up as no chair could be positioned. The bed was a true king size, but the mattress was too hard for me. I never found a comfortable position to sleep.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and sofa bed (for one person) was particularly comfortable, without any uneven surfaces. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor parking is very good. The hotel is quite close to the city centre if you are using public transport, about 10-15 minutes walking and 3 stops by metro. The breakfast is good and tasty overall.

While tasty, the breakfast is somewhat limited in variety as you have to pick one of 5 fixed options (the Italian Breakfast option doesn't come with any dessert like the other options). The waiter who served us breakfast gave us a small booklet in which we were supposed to leave some tips and he said and I quote "For me". This was a poor experience, something which we never encountered in any hotels serving breakfast, expecting a tip for standard service (giving us the menus and bringing the food), especially since he forgot to bring the dessert which was included in one of the breakfast options (we had to remind him in order to get it).
