I liked the location and spacious family room

Breakfast was very poor, super poor. Basically included breakfast was the only reason why we took this hotel instead of appartment. But breakfast quality was very disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and clean.

Staff was not very welcoming. The hotel was mostly empty. However, they were unwilling to let me in the room 20 min earlier because check-in is at 2pm. After 13 hrs of travel, i arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. I asked if there are no clean rooms and the answer was, the rooms are clean but you have to wait until 2pm. At 2pm the front desk person disappeared, I continued to wait until he decided to show up and give me a key to the room.

Safe, clean, location

No cleaning service till you check out, the fridge was switched off till you keep the keychain in the socket, so when you are out, the fridge is off, no complimentary water bottles, no slippers, noise during weekend due to party occurring at the same time, which is kind of expected.

Big room with good view

At floor -1 they have a small event room and every night was another privet event the music was so loud until 1am and you can’t go to sleepover. We travel with kids that cant rest .The room was not so cleanNo privacy The breakfast was very poor The staff did not provide food and kitchen utensils, everything had to be requested.

The room was big because of we stayed in family suit. The view was so good.

The hotel is away from city like 5km. The staffs were a bit sullen.

Clean, nice and warm

Our room was pretty good. Parking is vast and free of charge. 24 hours reception.

Value for money was not great, breakfast was poor and very basic. bad. Not great experience overall.

Breakfast so poor and so basic that I did not want to eat at all. I tired to take one apple when leaving the breakfast room and staff said not allowed and even whilst I was eating it they said I must finish eating before leaving the breakfast dining room, which shows they still operate like old communism. The guy who stopped from taking the apple said he was under strict orders from the hotel owner. I never experienced such a thing where hotel staff prevented you from taking an apple. The bedroom has a concrete step before entering the toilet which is not visible and should not be there as it will cause fall and injury.

The hotel is extremely clean and very warm, the rooms are spacious, the bed and the pillows super comfortable, the stuff is friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast is quite poor, just cold stuff, the only warm thing were the boiled eggs.

The Young man Working The Day Shift was very polite and Helpful The Night Guy Just Did Not Acnolelge us at all .... Breakfast was as expected but no Hot Food Was a let down

The Guy On The Breakfast Shift seemed to watch your every move to the point of making breakfast uncomfortable ? The Room Wasn't Clean Hand prints all over the Glass.. And Stains on the Curtains ..Not enough curtains in the room for a glass filled room ..some curtains hanging off the rails overall Defo Not a 4 star experience more like a 2/3 Star

The venue itself was clean, bathing facilities were good and we had access to more towels and pillows.Views are nice.Evening menu is good and the food (although not flavourful) is of pretty good quality.Some members of staff were nice.

Beds are uncomfortable, curtains don’t cover the windows and leave very large gaps (eye masks are a must!!), there was no one on reception when we arrived and when the staff did come to the desk he provided no information other than the restaurant being open, there’s water damaged areas in the rooms, the breakfast is horrendous with half eaten (by bugs) fruit, and a fairly poor selection of options. Also some staff were very unhelpful and actually very inappropriate in their behaviour around female guests.

The hotel location is good! The pool is clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is normal. Fitness room is available. 1 waiter smiled....

In a room for three: 2 robes, 2 pairs of slippers. Not a single glass and not a single bottle of water!!!! AND THIS IS 4 STARS??? OH NO!Toilet: water flows when flushed! The small sofa is completely torn and covered with a rag? The sun loungers had very dirty mattresses! Dear administration, can we do something? 228 leva for 1 night and such comments. Looking forward to your feedback!

We had a great two night stay here with our three kids. Beautiful pool, great restaurant and we had a massive room! The hotel is ideally located for hiking trips in the Vitosha National Park which is beautiful and only a ten minute bus ride. We did the Boyana Waterfall as 2.5 hour hike which was stunning. The staff were very helpful and even very kindly sent on something we’d forgotten to our next hotel by the Black Sea! Thank you!
