Staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, liked the food in the restaurant, also the small garden outside is nice for having a cocktail.

The location was perfect for my week in the business park

Housekeeping let me run out of toilet paper - that is my only complaint

SPA was very barebones. Cold water in the "swimming" pool (which is not actually fit for swimming - too shallow) one tiny jacuzzi that was sprinkling cold water from some of the water jets.Breakfast - not enough red meat free and sugar free options - struggled to pick something i can actually eat.

Everything was perfect, it’s my second stay in this hotel and definitely won’t be my last! The pool is a big plus , the Olympic size of it makes it perfect for swimming! The bed is really comfortable and the hotel is in quiet and modern part of the city!

The spa is wonderful and it was quiet when we went. The staff were very friendly and spoke brilliant English. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

On the Friday we had planned to go to the roof top bar as it was the only day we could go, and it was booked out by someone and we wasn't allowed in the restaurant or the roof top bar which was disappointing.

The location, the indoor pool and the breakfast buffet are excellent!

This time our room was facing the highway and we couldn't keep the window open because of the noise from the traffic.

Swimming pool and hot tub are amazing. Generally hotel is equipped with very good quality material. Restaurant is fine and the workers are always kind.

It was the best night I've spent in a hotel in a long time! The room was spotless clean and the bed was comfortable and best of all it was very quiet and I woke up wonderfully rested the next morning! The food was delicious, the breakfast buffet excellent! The staff was very friendly and professional. The property offered secure parking and the neighborhood seemed clean and quiet. For our purposes the property was conveniently close to the highway so we could continue our trip the next day without passing through inner city traffic. We arrived on time to make use of the swimming pool, which is surprisingly big compared to most hotels I've stayed in. I highly recommend this property and will definitely use it for future trips.

Not a complaint but the water in the pool was a little cool for my liking.

Very clean, super friendly staff, super breakfast - I even had Bulgarian bonitsa and yogurt with honey and nuts, that I wanted to try ? And good coffee!

Spa seems larger on the photos, than it actually is. It is pool, small round jacuzzi and two saunas - steam and regular one. Space around the pool is small, you can not have two beds next to each other, only one fits. But all clean and nice.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, complete with a modern and spotless bathroom. The beds and pillows were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating sleep.The on-site restaurant was another highlight, serving excellent food at reasonable prices, making dining a pleasure. Adding to the experience was the exceptional staff—always warm, smiling, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome and enhanced our overall experience.From the comfort of the rooms to the quality of service and dining, everything was superb. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about our stay.

The Food was very nice, it was tasty and there was variety. The room was clean, fast cleaning as well. The staff was very nice and helfpul. The pool and sauna were very nice and relaxing.

The sheets were not very comfortable, the snacks and drinks in the club lounge lack variety. The bar cannot provide you with a cocktail outside what's on the menu.

Spa entrance. Spa as a spa is nice and well maintained, only thing is you need to walk trough reception and lobby and very close are the entrance door so going to the spa in winter months is not ideal.

Personnel was really professional. The facilities,room, furniture and decoration are perfect. Breakfast and dinner menu really tasty!

The only thing I didn't like is that I reserved a room with breakfast and dinner included, but for the dinner you had to pay extra for what you drink, even water. No massage services were available at the time.
