Rooms A bit small.

stunning modern design of the room and bathroom. no balcony but convenient access to the window. from the window view to the mountains, forest , and a little of the city from above.location in the best area of ​​Sofia on the square with small restaurants. Whith tasty food for breakfast

Away from city rush. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Good reception staff, tasty breakfast. Private, free car parking. We had clean mountain weather

Very clean well appointed hotel. Friendly staff, easy parking. Great little shop opposite with great coffee. Sells everything you can imagine.I use this hotel every time I am in Sofia. Also easy to find by car.Perhaps less convenient for Sofia city centre but perfect for me.

I tried the new restaurant menu which seems to be Georgian food.I wasn't that impressed with the food I tried.Other than that, cannot find fault

It is just 2 stars Motel from the 90thManaged to get 5 stars as it is located in an historical location

Furniture is very old , water supply cut ?Walls is not isolated, so you are sharing with your neighbors all your and their life details?Restaurants next to it also soo bad , people are smoking in doors in front of the chicken.

Good location in Boyana. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Vitosha mountain and the small shops/restaurants of Boyana. Easy taxi to the centre. Cooler close to the mountain in the heat of summer!

No problems really, maybe a few more choices at breakfast would be good. And no laundry service available.

Breakfast was very big dissappointment. I was pregnant and therefore select 5 star hotel but there isnt open buffet and the offered optioms are very very poor; this can not be a 5 star breakfast I am very dissapointed

they have a Georgian Restaurant with food specific from Georgia, unfortunately the food was not eatable at all, for a 5star hotel I expected the staff to help me with luggage, it was raining and there are some steps from the parking to enter the lobby, I had to carry thru the rain 3 big luggage with no help from the staff. overall the hotel has no 5 star services, breakfast was very simple with poor quality ham and cheese, staff behaviour is like in a 3 star hotel

Top location, the hotel is located in Boyana, one of the best district in Sofia. The room has amazing view to the city, the location is very quiet, but in the same time is only 10 min drive to Sofia. In your spare time you can have nice walk to "Vitosha park". The room is very comfortable and the equipment is a very good standard.

Location was convenient for my business purpose. Nothing else.

Cramped room. Old furniture and infrastructure. Bad breakfast. There was no water in the hotel for a whole day.

Location and views over Sofia. Good restaurants near by. Easy to find on the edge of Sofia. I use it all the time when I visit Sofia.Good parking as well.

Their coffee could be better.The small shop opposite does better coffee.Everything else is spot on
