    Pros +

    • The staff and exterior was beautiful and everything very elegant but because of the safety violations I won't give it a good rating.
    • Hotel is awsome and roomsm are large and very confy... great place to stay
    • The rooms are recently renovated, and nice building. Everything smells clean and new, comfortable beds, big room, equipped with an iron, near public transportation. Check in very fast.

    Cons -

    • I was locked in the bathroom for almost 2 hours. The door handle had broken off. I banged and yelled for help amd no one came for 2 hours. The emergency call light in bathroom did not work ad actually pulled out of the wall.I felt it was an unsafe hotel.
    • Carparking is only outsisde and is charged 15 euro... which is too much for an outside parking spot
    • The reception seems to be confused about the invoice policy. They have told me to ask Booking, but the hotel sales department told me that I could have taken it from the reception. I have received the invoice from the sales department very quickly.

The hotel is simply amazing, a true 5 stars hotel. Great service, big rooms, cleanliness and sooo comfy beds and pillows.

    I wish I have stayed longer :)

Everything was new and clean, the room was specious and well organised, and the breakfast was well rounded. The location is bit out of the way if you don't have a car, the gym is small but very functional, though some weights didn't fit the barbells, and the sauna wasn't working during my stay (though it might be something that needs to be prearranged, by the looks of the space)Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I'd like to admit that my room was really nice and comfortable, the temperature was fine and adjustable.

I don't like the option with free WiFi, I wasn't able to use it on my working laptop, it simply couldn't switch to it. Also for mobils calls via WiFi the quality and performance was really poor. Also one of receptionists who checked me in, did a mistake in my invoice, and I'm still waiting for the corrected one from the administration, as it's required to report for my company financial department.I also have to add that for some reason, the hot water needed to be wait for some time when it finally started to be hot and not cold in my room and in my colleagues' rooms.

    Elegant, new, stylish hotel

The bed. I asked and paid for double bed. It was literally a double one (made from 2 smaller beds and 2 mattresses) and It kept splitting in 2 quite often

A brand new hotel with very nice matres and pillows, the facilities and in general was quite, brand new and clear!

The breakfast was too basic for this class of hotel.

The lady from reception was very nice

Dirty carpets, the smell in the room, not enough service staff in the hotel. Lousy breakfast. Not good value for the money

Avoide this place at all costs.

Inexperienced staff who were unhelpful.Dated room that needs updating.Terrible food.Tiny gym that isnt really a gym.Sauna etc is additional cost.Location is in residential area with few to no bars or restaurants.I left early

Large room, clean and confortable, nice staff, very obliging.

Everything was generic (including breakfast), nothing to comment.

Location for my meetings in town was great - also well located for dinner in the evening.

Carpet in the room was threadbare.Curtains in the room were stained and faded.Shower head in the bathroom kept falling downHandle on the side of the bath fell off.Hanger for towel fell off - held on with mastic!

Nothing. It's a 2 Star Property ! Please please avoid.

Everything. There was no luggage boy and they didn't clean the room for two days we stayed. The phone in the room was not working and if we have to get anything then we have to go to the reception all the way from the sixth floor. Where is option staff was pathetically bad and had no idea what they were doing and what hospitality means. Please avoid this hotel at all cost ! There are many better hotels in Sofia

    location

dated and rundown, broken and decrepit

    3MarinaPosted on: 1-11-2023

    Breakfast was fine.

Very dirty room, dirty carpet, old furniture, broken shower, and nasty dirty glasses. staff was not nice at reception, it took quite e while for us to check in.

clean, friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, good service recommend this hotel.

    3NikolayPosted on: 10-22-2022

nothing really was how it should be

unfriendly receptionist, despite the parking lots visibly available had to park in the back where there was dirt and had nothing to do with a parking. the room was cold (19 degrees Celsius) and when incalled the reception they told me that the auric idiot we is pre-set and I can’t regulate the room temperature as well as that the thermometer wasindicating wrong values….eventually they found a heat blower device to warm up. All the furniture and amenities were a kind of old, stained and did notmake you feel clean and comfortable.
