It is in the city center but no place to park and unload the car

The water from the shawer went all around the floor, the box of paper towels was empty and no toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving tools for these price of the room.

It was it was it was from the bar and the balconies. They don’t have any plants.

This hotel is so chic, and bonus that it is under Marriott management. The front desk staff was wonderful, and so helpful. I had an amazing room, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the location is great for walking to see the sights, get great meals and enjoy the city.

I just wished I could have slept in later the day I left! Overall the property was fantastic and I highly reccomend for anyone who wants a more luxury experience in Sofia.

Location. Amenities. Service oriented. I mentioned celebrating a bday and anniversary at booking- cake and a bottle of Prosecco with a hand written note from the guest relations manager were waiting in our room upon check-in! Ohhhh- reception is up front. But you do have to take maybe 5 steps down to get to the lifts. It is not well lighted so not so safe for peeps with vision probs. My hubby doesn’t have vision issues but did miss 1 step and tripped. Hard to bring luggages up/down. Staff very responsive to carry your luggages tho. A ramp on the side will be helpful for luggage and in case of guests that are on wheelchair too.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Several things in the room weren’t working, including the phone and the air conditioning. While showering, the bathroom floor flooded, which was frustrating. I had a connecting room — initially not a problem — but once guests arrived next door, it became very noisy. I woke up multiple times during the night.I reported these issues to the staff, who promised to follow up and offered to change my room if necessary. However, despite multiple complaints, nothing was resolved, and no room change was made. Perhaps we were too polite in our approach?Additionally, at the rooftop bar, people were smoking indoors throughout the evening, which made the environment quite unpleasant.

Good location. Very clean. Good spa and pool: I was alone - it was amazing!!!

I lived on 7 floor. It was terrible. Very very noisy. Restoran work to 1-3 am, you can't to sleep. Breakfast is very poor, no choice of dishes. Staff in restoran not frendly. There are steps in the hall. Difficult with heavy luggage. Сoncierge not help.

Had a great stay at the Sense Hotel. Such a nice ambiance and the rooms are well appointed and I had a lovely view. Very good rooftop bar. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast, excellent food! The Bar has fantastic views. The spa was really good!

Perhaps the staff in the restaurant were a little inexperienced - for instance bringing the main course before the first course was finished.

We stayed for four nights in room 508 and had a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful—quiet, despite the nearby bar and traffic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, featuring luxurious Molton Brown products.The staff were generally friendly, though a few could be more welcoming when approached. We didn’t have breakfast included but decided to book it upon arrival. Unfortunately, this was the only aspect of our stay that fell short. The price felt quite high for what was offered—the cooked selection was limited, there were no menus to guide you at the egg station, and the plates weren’t heated, so the food cooled quickly. That said, it was still more convenient than venturing out early in the morning.One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which had a fantastic atmosphere. We had a couple of great nights there and would highly recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, as it gets very busy

Good location. Deluxe room has an amazing view on the cathedral, I advise taking it. For the food I suggest visiting the restaurant downstairs, upstairs gastro bar is good only for drinks, food is very usual probably because the restaurant chef should be changed..I would like to especially underline the attitude and personality of the valet parking guy, he’s a real house keeper always ready to help.

Hotel is on the great location and has underground garage. Receptionists and servers during breakfast were really professional and helpful. Spa center is nice.

Hotel rooms were very cold, additional heating was needed. Unpleasant manger of the rooftop bar.

Mattresses should be changed they are a bit overused. They allow smoking in the restaurant which is absolutely not nice

Frustrating that we had to keep asking for coffee and tea sachets only 2 of each per day and no milk and the cups are much to small to have tea in

The location is right around the corner of the cathedral and very close to the roman ruins and other churches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and despite not having a reservation they made it possible for us to enjoy the food.

We checked in at NYE , and booked DELUXE room for two nights. Room 103 was the number of the room, so it was 15 degrees inside , because AC was not working at all. At 4 am in the morning we were moved to another room / not Deluxe / and told that we will be compensated at check out and of course will not pay for deluxe room. Unfortunately it was a lie and the manager MARTIN offered us not to pay TWO SOUPS from Room Service and paid full price for Deluxe room. Completely unacceptable attitude!

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional ( very satisfied with their customer service ) well trained and everyone in the hotel should take example from them. The rooftop staff and restaurant staff were unfriendly but we spoke with their manager and he said was very kind and understanding and apologetic.He appreciated our feedback and fix the issue. ( compensate us ) Great big rooms and clean overall hotel, with perfect central location.It’s not a cheap hotel so we expected a great level of service.

Antoniya from spa area , unfriendly, rude, lazy . I booked my husband massage with the kind Thai lady and she took him for massage without asking us , even though we booked the Thai lady . ( we had 3 massages with the Thai lady and we loved it ) My husband’s experience from Antoniya’s massage skills were unsatisfactory, he wasn’t happy from the massage and service.We had 3 massages by the Thai ladies who were doing the massages, they were brilliant but their manager Antoniya -awful , horrible person ( she has to be fired ) She was rude personally to me in front of my friend as witness and the Thai staff told us she is treating them badly. the Thai staff are scared from her this is not okay ( she has to be fired as she is not representing the hotel right) My husband passed out from the sauna heat in the spa area I asked her for help she didn’t wanted to move her ass and she didn’t help , she didn’t even came to see him. ( I was in shock ) I asked her for Coca Cola or banana for his blood sugar she told me to go myself to the 9th floor and take it myself ( also is not allowed in the pool area) I was wet with swimwear , so I needed to run almost naked around the hotel to help my husband . ( if something more serious happened to him that time she would have been the reason and not being first aid helper , btw it was no other staff around just Antoniya) We paid a lot of the hotel and stayed long , we used restaurant and twice rooftop bar and spa services, left tips to all the waitress( we spent a fortune in there and we expected high level service ) The hostesses of the first floor restaurant and also rooftop bar are extremely rude and arrogant ( in the end of the day they are staff and have to treat clients good but they are just so unprofessional)
