Earth & People Hotel & SPA - Free Parking & Swimming Pool

Bad internet connection for 4t floor and without TV ? and location little bit far from city center everything else was good.

Stuff is excelent and try to acomodate all needs that come across your need,Ameneties in room was perfect, and you can see that stuff is working there best with was it offered to them.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but unfortunately it is not being invested in at all and has been left to decay. The spa center is no longer the same as it was. It is slowly showing signs of disrepair.

The staff were super helpfull. One person did everything and yet managed to support all of our requests to change the rooms, to help with Taxi, food, coffe, etc. The breakfast was light but nice and sufficient, everything was fresh. The rooms we eventually got were good and spacey. Shower was great and the Spa & Pool were really nice and a great way to spend a few hours with the kids

Rooms we got initially did not have A/C working. Some family memebers did not want to switch due to hassle and stayed with those rooms. The choices for room switches was limited and were the A/C was working it was very weak and not cooling that well. In the summer it will be hellish. In June it may be acceptable. Some parts of the hotel does not smell good, mostly in Wing A. The elevators are a MAZE! I could not figure this out. It's next to a highway so rooms facing the road, even though double-glazed - can be heard. The building floors are mixed with a hospital so not clear what is used where and b whom. The mattress is not comfortable

I didn't like the fact that until 4 or 5 in the morning I could hear people drinking alcohol and I couldn't sleep because of the noise those people were making. I hope that next time I visit this Hotel this won't happen!!

The pool was nice and having parking was comfortable

We took 2 rooms, they were dirty, the bed wasn’t comfortable, the shower had mold.

The spa was really nice, clean and relaxing. The breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, warm food and not one plate was empty. Comfortable beds, good stuff and helpful❤️❤️❤️

I had a wonderful stay with just one complaint. I booked this hotel so I could use the spa facilities but they were not fully functioning. The spa was out of order. The steam room was broken. The sauna was not very hot. Not all of the spa facilities were working which was annoying for me as I was so looking forward to it. The restaurant was only open for breakfast… Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Excellent spa facilities, clean and well equipped. Relaxing bar and lounge area in reception. Staff were happy to help with any enquiries.A press of a bell on the reception desk had a taxi outside the hotel in a matter of minutes to take you anywhere you wished to go ( very useful service)

Windows in our room didn't open and the air conditioning system wasn't working. The weather was 26 degrees so made for some warm night in the room

what can I say, except disappointed, frustrated, a bad experience, unwilling to communicate in English, the room with dirty carpet, as if it were a transit room, the wall was peeling, the traces of an iron on the carpet, the bathroom drain was overflowing with water from the bathtub, the door was very difficult to close, the spa was not clean, completely disappointed,

Tragic, if i have the time to argue i was going to ask for refund and go to other hotel but i didn’t have the time to lo

Spa not working well , pool was miserable , broken lights floating in the water with electricity cables exposed, pool was cold , sauna didn’t worked at the normal for sauna temperatures , there was no receptionist at the spa’s reception, fitness was closed and i booked in because it should have fitness it was one of the filters when i booked it

Absolute disaster

Totally unsatisfied with the hotel in general. Doesn’t meet the requirements for 4star hotel at any sense. Furniture is very old and unsupported, everything is rusty and dirty. The water in the pool during midst of winter was freezing, there is no stuff at the spa reception, the whole spa is full of dirt, miny bar is empty, there is no room service and the restaurant works only for breakfast which means that you can’t have even a bare snack or bavarage and there are no stores nearby because the location is quite distant. Can’t tell anything about the breakfast, because I left earlier and just booked another hotel for my stay.

We booked to stay at the hotel as we went to Krisko's concert at the Arena Sofia on the 2nd March 2025!The Hotel was lovely. Our room was huge, the bathroom was great we had a half bath and shower. Was very clean . We were also lucky and had a massive terrace area. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very warm.The surprising thing was that even with a lot of children at the hotel you couldn't hear them in the rooms. In fact you couldn't hear anything from other rooms which generally get in other hotels.The 2nd room which was for my sister in law, husband and their son who is 10 years old was aslo excellent! Their room was a great size. They had a double bed and a sofa bed for him which I was told was super comfortable. Their bathroom was amazing they had a double size shower .They were very happy with the room! We had free SPA access with the rooms for allnof us which I thought was amazing (to be honest the cost of the two rooms with free spa access was totally worth everything penny.We also had breakfast included in the deal. The restaurant was on the 8th floor of hotel and had panoramic views of the mountains ( so beautiful and made it just that bit more special .The breakfast was good too! Great selections ( typical bulgarian breakfast (cheese, olives banitsa, salami ect) there was croissants, mini donuts toast and cereals fresh juice and 2 very good coffee machines with the ability to choose which ever type you wanted. Also there was also honey ( and honeycomb);baklava and choices of jams ect.They also have a 2nd restaurant on B wing and I think this is used for Dinner (that is a extra charge and we didn't use that facility. Breakfast was excellent - self-serve buffet well stocked and clean area.Parking brilliant.The pool was lovely and both saunas were working. The hot tub and steam rooms were not working/available.Room large and quite clean - some areas required maintenance, carpets and bathroom door in particular were worn but overall the room was good.

Good breakfast with lots of variety and fresh food. Free underground parking.

Not good value for money as it's not cheap to stay there. Room was a bit dingy - stained carpets, cobweb. Bathroom - bath/shower had no curtain so sprayed water everywhere so you had to sit down in the bath and hairdryer plug socket was hanging out the wall. Spa facilities were underwhelming. No staff onsite and had to use our room bath towels as that's not provided (would expect that for the price you pay). Pool was very cold and some of the spa facilities like Turkish steam bath weren't working or were not very warm (aka sauna).

The only a bit negative in my opinion is that the water in the pool was a bit cold for me.

The pool and sauna were great! Breakfast was good. The first two nights were really quiet.

On the third night, there was a Christmas party and the noise went on until midnight. I asked about quiet hours but was only told the guests are leaving now.
