Staff somewhat too reserved not very friendly. Hotel itself feels old with a creaky elevator.

Spacious room, recommend facing the back for almost absolute quiet. Perfect breakfast and very friendly and fats service. As to the location, it is the best known and most central in Sofia, right in front of parliament, the most important place in the country.

We had a fantastic room with a panorama window looking toward the cathedral, old parliament building, park and patriotic statues. The view, especially at night, was magical. The location was within walking distance to historic buildings, as well as restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including smoked salmon and local specialties. The concierge was friendly and helpful, as well as desk staff.

The dinner menu and dishes could be better.

Clean and modern.

Very cold, in the room were 18.5 degrees Clesius. They gave us an heater to increase the room tempreture, but it was old and it could not make it. We woke up freezing several times during the nigh to turn on the heater, it was very bad night. Probably they save on heating costs, but its unacceptable for such hotel.

Excellent location, smilinh people, nice restaurant.

Everything was lovely and the staff and concierge super accommodating.

Staff was rude, particularly the male employee who delivered clean towels to our room. Extremely, Extremely RUDE! Something I had never experienced before in a foreign country.The male employee at the front desk also greeted me with an attitude of how 'I should know' where the garage is and where to park. Not impressed at all.Overall, this was a common occurrence in the country of Bulgaria. They are not very appreciative or welcoming of Americans visiting their country.In summary, will not be returning to Bulgaria ever again!

Central location with beautiful views, we were upgraded to a room with the best views! Staff is wonderful, courteous and friendly, all speak fluent English. Breakfast was amazing, with many local and international food options. We have recently stayed in the Miami Intercontinental in Florida, but found the Sofia hotel better maintained and superior in terms of service and food. We booked due to travel disruptions passing through Sofia but were glad of the delay as it allowed us to experience all that this hotel had to offer.

Great breakfast to order. Well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds. No limits to accessibility. Convenient location and parking. Large towels. Washcloths and amenities provided.

Location of the hot and service were great. Everyone was super nice. Spa treatment was exceptional. Floating was relaxing.

Everything was great, from staff, to food and location. Our room also had a great view of Vitosha mountain.

Excellent service; spacious rooms; the location of the hotel is very central and convenient. The Ador restaurant downstairs has among the best quality food I have had in Sofia, and its patio is ideal for relaxing after a busy day!

The 'hot' water didn't really get hot. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't 'hot' either. That was the only disappointment as someone who enjoys hot showers.

I liked everything. Perfect location, at short walking distance from the Patriarchal Cathedral of Saint Aleksander Nevski. Very friendly and professional staff, very comfortable room and the breakfast and dinner was fantastic

The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious, quite despite the hotels city center location. The breakfast was very good. People smile and you feel welcomed. The price for this level of service was very good.

The location is perfect, and you can reach everything by foot. In case you are not into walking, you can use a subway which you have just around the corner. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also really good. The hotel staff is always smiling and really helpful.
