    Pros +

    • It was clean & cozy. The room was spaciuos & the breakfast - delicious.
    • Lots of little things didn’t work. For instance, our telephone in the room was not connected so we had to call from our cell phone when we needed something. We told them about it and they didn’t get around fixing it while we were here for six days next every time they clean the room, they forgot to leave something. It could be toilet paper or shampoo or enough towels. Doors to the Terrace didn’t open right away.
    • The hotel staff was very helpful, and also the breakfast was very good.

    Cons -

    • Sorry, got this mixed up about like and not like. What was really good was there was a small nice grocery store within 50 feet of the front door so we could buy sodas and sandwiches and that was nice.
    • Despite the room being really very good, the mattress and pillows were of the worst quality.
    • Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get a massage, nor use the sauna for free. I also didn’t catch why I had to pay an additional amount ( local tax) when I checked in.

Having my own kitchenette and a couch was great. Also the fitness centre was quite small but very well equipped. Staff was nice and helpful.

The restaurant staff in the evenings had issues with English and would not acknowledge you even if you were waving at them from and rather avert their look into the ground.

Nice apart hotel to stay for a few days. We have asked for a room on the lower floor and we got it. Free parking is next to the hotel, with a lot of space. Pool was nice with warm water, excellent for children.

The breakfast was good and the room was quite large.

The price was not justified. We didn't like the fact that the access to spa was not included. Furthermore, the only service available for the initial price, namely the pool, came with a catch: in order to be permited to enter you had to use a swimming helmet, which was kindly provided by the staff, but for a price insted of being offered for free. Additionally, there was no showering gel or foam in the bathroom. Also, the location was not very central.

Facilities were good and no noise at night time room was clean everything you want .

    I liked the property

    4RalfPosted on: 4-12-2025

    Disappointing

The room had a very unpleasant smell of artificial air freshener. Apparently, it was blown in through the central ventilation system. It was unpleasant. It seems to be quite normal today for many hotels to do this. Please stop this.

    Bad

When I entered the room, I realized that the toilet has not been cleaned up by the ladies, so it was dirty by the previous guest! When I mentioned this to two (2) receptionists (day-shift and day-shift), they have just moved their heads, without even apologizing! NEVER AGAIN!

    I like only the location

Service is bad, the rooms were dirty even after cleaningThe didn’t clean the room as it should be. Last night the power was out, and our child was very scared,The WC was very cold at that night, they told us it’s a general problem and we found that it was just a problem in our room. We tried to get late check out but they charged us a full one night payment.

The hotel itself is OK, no fireworks, sort of basic standards. Reasonably clean with large rooms

Strange breakfast, where you had to order a set breakfast. I would prefer a buffet breakfast where you can make your own selection. Only one coffee pad in the room

    8AlbertPosted on: 2-26-2025

The room was quite big, the gym is small but well equipped and the sauna is nice. The breakfast is really nice and the restaurant next door is very good.

Air conditioning works well but is quite loud. I could not sleep with it on as it was making too much noise.

    10NikiPosted on: 2-22-2025

    Very clean, comfortable and organised.

    9RebeccaPosted on: 2-16-2025

Great room - spacious, clean and comfortable. Good parking. Would stay again.

Mini bar is not in the room but you can get items from reception 24/7.

well managed room was quiet with nice Balcony have stayed before last year for one and we have another week booked in April

Last year when we stayed the Breakfast was very poor the supposed hot food was cold and no effort to keep it hot

    5AlexeyPosted on: 1-16-2025

Breakfast and service was great! Served one the menu, but very big and various.

No extra facility like Sauna and Pool were operational. We booked that hotel because of them.Internet connection was weak and sporadic. Not suitable for having business meetings. Very unsatisfied. We were asked to pay extra cost/tax, which are not part of the total invoice. So it cannot be compensated by the company.

The hotel might be a nice spot regarding the facility - and it was - until my colleague and me were confronted with the upfront payment at arrival. We even wanted but first wanted to see the room, accomodate us. Then the nice lady at the counter connected us to her manager by phone, where we were just welcome with the words "Where is the problem". Nothing to be added, this kind of treatment was all we did not want to have - ridiculously the slogan of Best Western at the reception is: "talk to us, we make everything possible" (or similar). - As unserious this statement is as unserious and really scaring away was the manager's and thus the whole network's (Best Western) behavior towards us.

    Large and comfortable room

We are a family of 5 and the towels are only 2!! I ask for more and they bring me one… The breakfast is poor

    1RezanaPosted on: 12-7-2024

    Nothing much

The staff was terrible, the house keeping was not provided for long stays, the cleaning was terrible. The carpets need a deep clean. The images are not reliable. I would not recommend.
