Very nice surroundings, in a quiet area. Comfortable bed, cozy and clean room. Good breakfast.

Good quiet location. Breakfast is ok, but you can get better coffee and food few streets away for better price.

Very loud music every night till 1-2 a.m. Unfriednly and angry staff. I tried to ask when we can sleep and that it’s really disturbing. But their events more important for them than stay of guests. For my answer if it’s a hotel I night club, and when we can sleep, manager said that it’s a restaurant and we can sleep when it’s possible. Also when you take a shower you’ve got to touch toilet because there’s no any separation. All bathroom becomes wet and also garbage bin.

The shower was tiny and with no curtain you could actually sit on the toilet seat yo shower ! Lighting in the room was poor.Television didn’t work , maybe batteries in the remote weren’t goodBreakfast was not so good

-The staff can barely speak English and unpleasant -when you need something it seems like you disturbed their peace to do you a favor.. Like asking for company invoice . -breakfast is served ( 8:00 am) by same straight face reception man. You get to choose from few predefined verities but all of them are small size (no buffet). Asked for yogurt beside normal variant and answer was sharp "no! Only one pick per person!"- room cleaning is done every two days.- my room had a missing radiator valve and could not lower the heat. Had to sleep with window opened- there is a small pool at basement floor but water is a bit cold. Not much of a wellness. Overall I conisider the property expensive for the offering

Lobby looked nice, view from the room and balcony looked nice. Food was good in the restaurant.

Service in restaurant was the worst I have ever received, food was good. SPA was opened but looked closed? Saunas were switched off, pool was cold and Jacuzzi did not work. Paint was coming off from the walls, there were insects in the hotel room and many metal parts were rusty.

Gentleman we saw in hotel after 2nd day to forth day was very nice man hotel view lovely in mountains dinner was great choice and delicious ?

Room no clean towels or clean room by staff for the 4 day we stayed .shower in middle bathroom so floor total wet after shower and can't use toilet I ask for something dry floor was told have nothing by staff member .when ask for clean towels 2nd day told no towels .no tea coffee facility in room breakfast very bad choice ? sauna not turn on in morning so can't use facilities

I like how the receptionist help us with the problem and gave us the room that we booked...

The room that i booked from Booking.com was not the same ,they put us in a different room with lower qualities and the small in the room was very unpleasent...

It was a great location. Bed was comfortable. Downstairs areas looked great.

The pool was too cold to use, the food was OK but not great and really over priced. Very small bathroom but clean. Fixtures and fittings need a bit of finishing work.

Comfy room in a lovely location, just at the edge of the woods and an enjoyable walk to Boyana Church

Pool wasn't heated, so a little bit like getting into the sea!

Location was good, however due to road construction work it was a nightmare to get to the property.

Amazing place, super friendly staff. The room was so cosy, quiet, clean and atmospheric ! The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the marble bathroom and how earthy felt. We had lovely time there and the breakfast was delicious!

The entrance and the restaurant look good. Everything else was disappointing and not up to cleaning standards.

The staff was the rudest that I have ever encountered. The room was dirty and missing a lot of amenities. As well as lights and power outlets not working. The food was not good. When we checked in they gave us a room that was not clean or ready. It had been used by other guests. And when we told them they asked us to wait 10min , “they cleaned it” and gave us the same, dirty and smelling room.

The garden looked good from the place I looked at it. The lobby looked promising until I saw a large spider web under one of the arm chair.

So basically our experience was as follows - we checked in, went into the room, went out of the room, upgraded the room, again went into the "upgraded room", went out of it and checked out. We didn't stay at all as the rooms are badly maintained and not cleaned properly. Pictures are from the upgraded room, which is larger and didn't have dust buns in front of the bathroom. The receptionist didn't give us any information related to breakfast and spa, which is not working anymore except the pool.

Very beautiful garden. Room was large, with nice balcony. After a long driving, from Athens to Sofia, I had a good sleep, with silence and fresh air. Breakfast was good. Kind people.

I would suggest the minibar to contain some snacks and drinks for those arriving late, as I did, and, also, some facilities for preparing a tea in the room.

Nature view, location of the facility is great

I made a reservation (Genius) for 5 people, including breakfast. Two of them are children. It was not nice at all when the employee said that we will provide breakfast for 4 people, 1 of which is charged.

Bar experience, not to repeat, not to recomned
