Just the location

I requested a king bed for two people and i was confirmed i was getting one but instead was two single beds really uncomfortable

I like the price and what I receive for that!

That from 11 o clock they start to knocking on the door and calling at the phone, what was not professional, because we late only 15 minutes, and we came late at the hotel ! It's for first time that seriously trying to kick me outside ;) ?

A nice place close to the bus station, clean facilities, shops and restaurants around. Pretty quiet too.

Small hotel close to station and major bus stops. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Nice welcome and hotel instructions at reception. Room was small but adequate

My room was next to the elevator so I heard everyone coming and going during the night, both inside and outside the hotel. This wasn't great, rooms away from the elevator would be much quieter.

I can't understand why you put toilet with shower in the same space. You need to ventalat the toilet or you will get mold.. as you got. The carpets...i used my slippers..

Central location, clean, nice staff. Near central bus station and a mere walk to the lion's bridge which leads to Sofia's historical centre.

All facilities are up-to-date and are well kept. But be warned that the shower is an Italian type. It's a question of getting used to.

It was close to the train station and not too far from the airport so perfect for what I needed. Reception was available before 9.30pm which was nice to see somebody- even better the lady spoke English so she could welcome us. The room was very warm even though it was winter when we stayed.

Double bed is made up of 2 separate mattresses but it was still comfortable.

Overall, I am very grateful to the staff working at the counter for allowing me and my friends to check in early. In addition, we were also allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage storage room. The hotel's strategic location allows me to walk to the tourist hotspots and bus station. The hotel has an elevator.

The room for four people is too narrow and difficult to move around. The hotel should provide bunk beds to save space. The bathroom is also small. The hotel should provide at least one electric kettle and a cup for guests to make hot drinks during the winter.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Good location. Excellent value for money. Will be revisiting for sure.

No tea/coffee making equipment in the room. I wouldn't mind a small charge for this. Kettle and cups would be great.

I've used the hotel many times. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom air filter was on all night. I couldn't see how to switch it off.

Basic stay. You get what you pay for. Nothing more mothing less. Decent stay if you want to save money. Clean, hot shower, good bed, good internet. If that is all what you need, this is the place for you. Consider a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants in Vitosha street.

It's quiet and a good price. Transport to central Sophia is easy a quick. Walking to central Sophia is not too far. I've stayed her in 2019 and 2024. It's a hotel that I feel relaxed in and I'll stay again in the future.

I did find some dust behind the bed heads but I can be a little too pedantic that way.

Loved the retro feel of the hotel. Clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for downtown, train station and metro..

No tes and coffee in the room

Really hot water and fast. Common in Europe for open shower in bathroom. Nice to have a refrigerator in room. Staff was very helpful. Walkable from to train and bus station central, and walking downtown . Good value from money.

Clean. Located in the center. Easy check out if you leave early. There is an elevator. Room size is okay if you're staying for a short time.

The bed wasn't a whole mattress, but 2 put together, which might be uncomfortable for some people.

Everything was clean and tidy. The room was great, spacious and the beds were comfortable. It also had a fridge which was great.
