Art Magus Hotel

Horrible location, cannot find it on the third floor, no free breakfast...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The entire description on Booking.com is a fraud! It is NOT located anywhere near the center of town, there was NO breakfast included, breakfast wasn't even served until 10:00 a.m., there was no signage to find the hotel which is on the third floor of an empty building at night. The room was substandard. The whole hotel is a farce --- would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Small hotel 22 rooms located far from the center in commercial center On the third floor. We were given large and spacious room . Breakfast costs 18 BGN and is brought to the room because there are no dining rooms. We didn't take it. The girl who worked at the reception was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, good value for the price we paid

We couldn't lock the door at night because there was no key, which made us feel unsafe. We put a chair by the door.

Nice hotel, reception works 24/7, free parking near the hotel. We just stayed 1 night so can't complain about the hotel

First hotel in small city mall i ever seen, but cozzy and stylish

We will always remember our stay in the Art Magus Hotel as on the day of our innicial departure, car did not start. Parked in the underground parking. In the end we had to stay one week in the hotel and the personel of the hotel was truly amazing. They have helped us with everything, translation with the garage, part delivery and so much more. We will be forever grateful!! thank you again! Besides we got lucky to got stuck in such a nice hotel. Super comfortable beds, big spacious room, place to work. Really clean and fresh. If we pass by again we will for sure stay here.

The location of the hotel is near ghettos. The personal doesnt speak english, just a little bit. The building is a little strange since the actual hotel is at the 3rd level in a abandoned mall

Lovely big room with good view to the city. Big panoramic windows which give you better visibility especially in the night when you can have a lovely romantic dinner with your soulmate on the window with spectacular night lighting view.

We enjoyed the art and design of rooms and comfortable beds.

It was unusual for a one bed to have two small blankets. I wish there was one big blanket for 2 people.

the room was clean

This is not a hotel. They have turned the upper floor of a business center into an overnight lodging and the restaurant is an actual cafe. Once you walk out of the room during winter period it is freezing. I nearly had icicles by the time I reached the cafe not to mention that there was no heating in the cafe. The food was below average. I would not go there again

Clean and spacious room. Good staff. Has a kette and two cups for tee which is comfortable.

Banging noises during the late evening and early morning. Guessing it from the gym.

Very bad mattress quality.After you wake you feel all your body hurt from the iron.

We liked the unique style of this hotel. It was good to have guarded parking garage, pity it is not clearly advertised as opposed to the outside parking slots, which are free, but are not safe.

Toiletries von moskov.com. Come on! Parking is advertised as free, though there are two options: safe and costs 10€ a night and free and unsafe.

Large room, nicely equipped, helpfull staff, clean and high

Not very comfortable bad, very noisy minibar fridge, breakfast starting from 8:00 (I needed to leave earlier), not very quiet rooms

Loved the hotel, just not used to having to order breakfast the right prior so we opted for eating in town instead. A nice breakfast buffet would have been fabulous.

Spacious and clean rooms, each having its own unique design inspired by art and history. Fitness available, parking available and friendly staff. Excellent location for avoiding traffic jams as hotel is based near Sofia ring road. Great value for money..

no smoking area/ balcony

Big windows on the rooms, stuff was nice. Very clean.

The back yard is not so clean. (Public space, not hotel property) the building over street is abandoned so the near view is not so good, but the far view is excellent.

It’s okay.

BUT there is a very bad smell of cigarettes in the reception. And of course, against the anti smoking politics, people smoke inside the hotel near the reception. Unbelievable!
