Exceptional design and really wonderful staff. Very comfortable, good location, Highly recommended!

Everything! The art everywhere was awesome. The little club downstairs was playing live music the first night I was there and I love live music. It has a great vibe and if your into vinyl they have about 8,000 in the club. The staff both in the hotel as well as the club were outstanding!!! They also have a small art gallery and a small store, everything hand made and very artistic and beautiful

One star short of exceptional mostly due to cheap towels ? Otherwise great value, great atmosphere and very good location.

Very low stream of water at shower, we asked to refill soup st the shower because ther soup canister was empty, nothing happend, no TV at bedroom

Check in staff was amazing, the hotel is well situated in relation to the sites. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection, and the hotel overall was very quaint and charming with an artistic flair.

We liked everything about this place, and would not have wished to change anything.

Really enjoyed this place. The location is spot-on — close to everything but still calm and comfortable. The hotel has a great vibe, very pleasant to stay in. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety, and the quality was excellent. The bar in the basement is another big plus — cozy atmosphere and good drinks.What stood out the most were all the paintings around the hotel, plus the small exhibition space in the back with artworks you can actually buy. Overall, I really liked it here and would happily come back.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal: like many hotels, they haven’t really solved proper blackout. They use blinds instead of curtains, and no matter how I adjusted them, some light still came in in the morning. Not a big issue, but worth noting.

Nicely decorated, spacious room. Modern and clean. Located in a quite street and located close to the center.

Bed and pillows were not comfortable. A/C capacity was not enough to cool upstairs. We could not get a quality sleep.

Very spacious and clean room, right at the center of Sofia. Great value for money.

The hotel is superb, with outstanding amenities and service. We arrived very late and we were upgraded for free to their loft, which was this modern crib with coffee machine and mini “cinema”. The breakfast was rich and diverse, you could literally find anything. The guys at the reception were professional and kind. We highly recommend if you travel to Sofia.

I did not expect much for the price that we paid so i can say it's a good value. It was renovated at least.

Service can be better. After checking in, i went down to the reception to inform them that there is no shampoo nor body wash. We are staying for one night so i did not feel the need to buy. But the receptionist looked at me like i was lying and said there should be body wash, i just need to press the dispenser. I said nothing is coming out of the dispenser. We went out and thought they would take care of it. We went back late and realized they did not do anything about it. We all took a shower using a shampoo that i have from my luggage since i had no choice. It's too late to buy as all markets were closed.

Great location, good size clean room, friendly staff. Will return to the same hotel every time we travel to Sofia.
